He took $180 gave me no change and wrote a receipt for $175. Ok it's just $5 but that's just being dishonest. I called the office to get clarity, Mind you Noone mentioned a service charge..not once. I spoke to 3 people and Noone mentioned it. I understand compensation for time, but man that's ALOT. The worse part for me was the rude woman that had a horrible attitude with me. As promised I am speaking out about my experience and the rude and unprofessional way I was treated. I wonder how many people they do this too??
