I moved up from Bozeangeles many years ago, lived in Livingston for a bit and been in a 6 unit building managed by Peak last 4 years. Apartment has everything you need, including a nice big storage room. And no, I'm not be paid anything for writing this, just adding some balance to the negatives. BTW in winter having one's own parking lot and space included in the rent is very helpful.
