To host my Mom's milestone birthday party, I wanted to rent a table and a set of chairs. I researched several rental companies, and Absolute Rentals kept coming to the top of the list for best reviews. I wanted to write them off forever due to my prior experience, but I decided to give them another chance. The rental prices for the tables and chairs were very reasonable! They offer pickup and delivery of the equipment. The delivery service is where things get pricey. I went with delivery because the convenience of having them drop it off and pick it up was more valuable to me. The delivery service was great and friendly! They communicate with you the whole time and schedule a time that is convenient for you. They allow a few days after your event to pick up everything. Everything came in good condition and was easy to set up. I will definitely use Absolute Rentals for an event again!

I was nervous about booking it, wasn't sure my driveway was flat enough. They promptly sent someone out to double check it before I booked. On day of event they arrived on time. The Bull operator was great. He made sure everyone had a blast and he was friendly as well with a constant smile on his face. They did an overall fantastic job. When I finally got a response, they told me they were out of the country and did not want to rent to me. I don't know why they didn't tell me they were going to be unable to respond or have an automated email stating so, but I'd stay away from a rental company with communication problems.
