I love Absolute Skin by Robi! I always go for my waxing and facials! She make waxing the most pleasant experience possible and if I have any issues she is always there to help! Her facials are all custom based on what skin issues I have been having that month! I also can get my at home products there so my skin stays soft and smooth between facials! I can't wait to try her peels this winter! read more

I have been meeting up with my dearest friend Robi for a few years now and I promise you won't have a better experience anywhere else. You won't get a facial like mine and I won't get a facial like yours because our skin isn't the same. She doesn't have some lame kit that she does on everyone. She designs them specifically to YOUR needs. I have very sensitive skin that can spin out of control with our polluted environment. Sometimes when I go to her, my facial is about calming my skin down and sometimes it's full on facial time. I don't think I have ever got the same facial twice because my poor skin is temperamental but Robi is the best at what she does. I have spent hundereds on dermatologists that couldn't ever help me so I don't mind saving money that I would have spent on restaurants or Starbucks and putting it towards my skin care. read more

My philosophy starts with the basic premise that healthy skin is beautiful skin. As the largest organ of elimination, the skin is an outer reflection of the health of the body and its systems. Regular use of topical products that preserve, promote and protect healthy skin will lead to a radiant and youthful appearance. Through the elimination of skin issues by fighting free radicals and inflammation, increasing cell turnover and collagen production, we achieve skin wellness. Generally, healthy skin naturally glows from the inside, resulting in beautiful skin. I believe strongly in the importance of pre- and post-treatment for the skin, preparing it properly for in-office procedures, then keeping it hydrated and calm afterwards. This allows for my clients to achieve outstanding results.

No wonder it was empty when I came in the total atmosphere is off. Again don't waste your money!!!! It's only been a couple of days too smh and you can see in pictures it's like the nail isn't even covered all the way!!! 125$ for nothing I didn't even get a big pedi package!

SO HOW IS THAT ON THE COSTUMER???? I was literally pulling into to the parking lot and I live 25 minutes away....Just to be told my SCHEDULED appointment was given to someone else who came In because I didn't answer in time? When I asked for clarification on whether we couldn't get services at all, the answer was still just "no." If this salon is appointment-only or unable to take walk-ins, that's completely understandable -- but basic communication and professionalism go a long way. A simple explanation would have made all the difference. Instead, the experience felt rude, confusing, and unnecessarily dismissive. Customers deserve clear, respectful communication, especially when they're walking in ready to spend money. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor first impression.
