If this salon is appointment-only or unable to take walk-ins, that's completely understandable -- but basic communication and professionalism go a long way. I was unhappy but paid and went on my way, just thankful to be out of there after almost 3 hours. By the next morning, 4 of the acrylic nails had already popped off or broken. I went back the next morning and the owner fixed them for free. He was much nicer and not obnoxious when he was alone. Despite that, the nails he "fixed" popped off again within 24 hours.
