I called my regular provider's office at 8 am Monday morning and spoke with the receptionist. I told her how high my BP had been and asked her to get me in as an emergent patient. She said she would have the nurse call me as she had just arrived at work. I waited 1 1/2 hours and did not receive a call. I finally called Family 1st Care. They told me to come out right then. Brenda saw me and got things turned around for me. She is very good and listens to her patients. My other doctor's office called me back around 11 am. I told the nurse I had already seen someone else. The office staff are very friendly and seem to really care, too. I highly recommend Family 1st Care.
