Sent insp pic and day of event I arrive and think they are setting up the wrong event. Told installers, they said owner would call ( mind you my event was starting in 15 mins) she never called ppl! When she finally emailed me the next day, she said a guest emailed them anonymously and said I was rude ( didn't happen because no guest were there yet) then changed it and said venue staff emailed them, also didn't happen because little did they know, my friends own the place and they had never been there. So some random waitress, who didn't know who you guys were magically emailed you a fake scenario? Ok. THEN they lied and said that my guests posted pics on IG in front of the balloons, again NEVER HAPPENED. They offered a refund for the backdrop, I took it, never once addressed the lack of communication or acknowledged they said they would call me and didn't. Your choices are to take what they give you or have a blank space where the balloons are? I asked if they could fix the backdrop and they said it's too far to go and come back. This business is a JOKE! I guess if you want to plan a party and ruin it, they would be a good fit but other than that, stay away.
