I went on Thursday so my mom would get her flowers in enough time to enjoy them. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, to me that is excellent customer service, and asked if I needed any help. I told the lady that I wanted to get some flowers for my mom and have them delivered. I walked around and looked at some of the premade arrangements. They had a table set up with arrangements that had been paid for and for pickup and delivery. I looked around at that table to see if there was anything that I liked or struck me as beautiful enough for my mom. Indeed I did find such a beauty! Ms. Amanda had created this beautiful piece and so she said she would take care of it and create the same thing for my mom. Now I was praying that I got exactly what I requested and paid for especially after paying a pretty penny for Valentine's only not to get what I paid for with that other place. I can say after arriving at my mom's house after they had been delivered on Friday I can truly say that I got exactly what I paid for and then some! It was worth every penny that I paid for. I told the ladies at Toni's that Thursday that I had strayed away from home but that I was back for good. I meant that and I was more than pleased with the flowers because my mom was overjoyed with them.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful - you can tell they are passionate about floral design. It was fun learning about different ways to create and decorate a wreath. They guided us step-by-step while also encouraging us to put our own personal touch on our creations. A great way to tap into your creative side. I do wish I'd had more time to experiment and refine my design. I could have spent quite a bit more time trying out different ideas as I find it relaxing, but that's just me. (By ordering in advance one would think that items needed for arrangement would be ordered from suppliers and would be available to fill the specification of the order.) This however WAS NOT THE CASE. Please view the pics below and then ask yourself if you would be satisfied with your purchase? In no way do these two arrangements send the same message. Oh the PREMIUM arrangement for $10 more would not have made that big of a difference as you can see in the third pic only difference is size. When she received them, she emailed me a picture, and to my disappointment, there were about half the amount of flowers as in the picture and they weren't even the same colors. My beautiful bouquet was just a few pathetic drab flowers thrown together. I understand that sometimes the florists have to work with what they have but they could have at least made it a little fuller. I mean, I paid $40.00 for this awful mess. I definitely got ripped off.
