Very unimpressed with the response from the therapist, she said it was not her fault while I stood at a sink splashing water into my eyes. I have not found the staff to be genuinely friendly. I should perhaps add, eye brow threading is done well and after a few appointments manicure is much better with no bleeding nail beds. I would not go back for eye lash tint or pedicure.

The girls are very knowledgable about their range of treatments and offer excellent advice, directing you to the best treatment for your needs. They have managed to achieve that perfect balance of upmarket relaxed with their decor and fittings ...but a special mention must go to the fantastic pedicure stations. If nothing else you must go along and try them, you will walk away with beautiful toes (and trust me, they will be beautiful) but that's almost a happy side effect of sitting in that wonderful chair ...
