His snow removal the winter of 2023-2024 was performed maybe 3 times because of the lack of snow needing removal. I had paid him in advance for the winter snow removal. That was a mistake that I shouldn't have made. Dean told me that he was going to compensate me for my large advance payment for snow removal that became unnecessary by pruning 2 front yard arborvitae and a backyard area arborvitae hedge for free. His performing that work kept being postponed by him. Then after 5 grass cuttings he decided to stop providing services for me claiming we were even up. Of course, we weren't since my arborvitae weren't pruned. Their pruning will have to be performed with another party. So, disappointedly I have lost money using his incomplete services. My mistake was that I trusted Dean. If you should use his services get everything in writing and don't make an advance payment to him. Make payments as the work is performed. Sadly, I can only give him 1 Star.

There were several old trees in our front yard that were damaged by a storm and needed to be replaced. It's hard to say goodbye to these old friends. Dan was enthusiastically referred by a good pal. Dan walked me around the trees and described why they needed to come down and the potential damage if they didn't. He was able to schedule us quickly and his price was reasonable. He and his team were quick and efficient and even cleaned up -- sweeping and removing all debris. They were back a couple of days later (after utilities were marked -- which he arranged) and ground out the stumps. I'm glad I don't have anymore damaged trees to deal with, but if I did, this is the company I would call.

Had a pretty terrible experience with these guys trying to get some work done for my home. The quote was good so I called back confirming I'd like to go ahead with 2 of the 4 items, asked if they could give me a time window and was told "Nope, someone will call you". I had no call 3 days later so I called again and was told they'd have the owner or his son call me back and let me know. I figured it's been storming so maybe they just forgot; no call again. Waited until the following week and called again, was told "sorry, we'll give you the owner's cell and he'll call you back" so I called and left him a message... no call back. Today I called back again and asked to have them cancel because it has been over 2 weeks since my original call and they haven't even been able to be bothered to give me a 5 minute phone call to talk to me. So essentially I called them 5 times in 2 weeks and gave them all the benefit of the doubt and received zero return communication. Looking for a new company that shows some interest in their customer.
