My order was picked up last Thursday and scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but it never arrived. When I followed up, I was assured it would be delivered "first thing" this morning. I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.

The dryers are fast, powerful, and VERY affordable. Negative: in addition to a lack of seating and no air conditioning, which became oppressive near the dryers, the cost for the washers is too high for the quality. I am not sure of the going rate for coin-operated laundries in this part of NJ. Small upright washers here cost $3.75/load. Medium, $4 - 4.50, Large, $5. Other, traditional top-loaders were $2/load. I have not yet tried their quality. In sum, doing a large amount of laundry became expensive VERY quickly. That was frustrating. Still, the laundry came out nice and clean in the end.
