Always a good experience. Family run business for decades.This is the only dry cleaners that do the WORK ON PROPERTY!. This is an old school business. Front desk and factory rolled into one space. Everybody and everyone else sends clothes out. The part time tailor is also on property and less expensive by half if you need alterations. Remember, no garments are exactly alike. If you are offended by pictures of the USA military fallen heroes, or second amendment signs. Just turn around and leave. I see some of the bad reviews out there.bye bye. The owner is a straight up,honest,frank person. He is good people, respectful ,but he can see through the BS that less honest people do. And will not hesitate to call them on it. Just had something altered for my daughter. Owner looks me in the eye and says "That'll be $40". I paid cash. Then he attaches the receipt from the register but I saw it said $24. I hate crooks. read more

I can't speak for anyone else's experiences but Regency is the place to go in this area. After a terrible experience at United Dry Cleaners (check my review) I found this joint. I walked in and this place is huge and first thing I noticed was how clean and organized they are. The gentleman who seemed like was the owner greeted me with a smile and asked what he could do for me. I asked if he can dry clean all my clothes (which was a huge bag) by Sunday. He was completely honest with me and said he can do half by tomorrow and the rest by Monday. I appreciated the honesty and organized what I needed done ASAP and what could wait. He tallied everything up for me and for the amount of clothes, a suit, a sweater and a jacket the price I paid was well below what I expected to pay. He politely asked if I didn't mind paying up front because of Covid-19 which I respected of course and I saw the sign on the front door before walking in as well. Honestly, there's maybe 2-3 dry cleaners in the area and I feel like the customer service and quality of work here is awesome. I'll deff be returning to get all my stuff cleaned here every week! I took my husbands expensive wedding suit from Hugo Boss to this cleaner. The fee was reasonable but the service was not. The tie was pressed poorly with wrinkles in it. The suit pants was the worst. There was a hole in the pants leg. When I showed to Anthony the owner, that there was a small hole, he said that must have been there before hand and that it wasn't his fault. He offered to have his tailor look at the pants to fix it. When we went back to pick up the pants, the small hole was even bigger! The repair was more visible than the hole. There was small tear marks marks in the fabric on different areas that weren't there before. The woman at the register tried to explain to me that it is possible the suit is old and moths ate little areas into the fabric and that we need to contact the shit maker. She was referring to the weaving of the suit threads that were pulled, it is a two toned complicated weave. The suit is only a few months old and only worn once, and kept in a protective bag, it couldn't have been moths. The original hole looked like they pressed it too hot and it was burned through. The owners brother was the one who spoke to us when we went back, he was rude and yelled at us. I would not recommend this cleaner for any cleaning or tailoring. They will ruin expensive valuable clothing!! read more

Despite the bad reviews, I decided to take some things that needed dry cleaning, as well as a brand new pair of jeans to be altered here due to the fact that they were open longer hours on the weekend. My clothes that needed to be dry cleaned came out just fine- that is where they get one star. However, my interaction with the seamstress as well as the owner prompts me to warn all DO NOT GO HERE. I simply wanted a pair of jeans hemmed, but I asked that the original hemmed be moved up (instead of just folding the jeans under and sewing a straight line around the cuff). I went to pick them up the next weekend- when I had planned on wearing them to an event that I was attending, to find out that she did exactly what I asked her NOT to do. I spoke with, who I believe was the owners brother, told him the problem, and he apologized and said she would fix it, as the original hem had not been cut off, just tucked under. He also promised it would be done in a few hours, and gave me a dry cleaning credit for the trouble. So nice. However, when I went back to pick up said (very expensive) pair of jeans, I saw that not only did she NOT use the original hem, but she CUT IT OFF, and re-sewed them an inch too short. The owner was there when I went to pick them up, and when I complained, he got in my face and told me I was wrong, that I never asked for that service, and if I had, then it would have been too expensive for me anyways. *RUDE*. Needless to say, that dry cleaning credit they gave will be going to waste, as I will never be going there again. read more

I started going to this location one year ago because my fiance is from the area and it is the cleaners his family had used. They can clean clothes, but what cleaners can't? I had dropped off a pair of pants that my fiancé ripped and was told they would be done in 3 days. He went to pick them up and alas the old woman "forgot." Fine everyone makes mistakes. They said come back in another few days. He goes to pick up his pants and she "didn't get to it." Come back in another few days. I went to pick them up and she again "forgot." It took four times to get the pants fixed!! I overlooked this one time incident. I am getting married in a few weeks, and I bring my sister to get her dress altered because again, its the only place I really know in the area. The old woman (the seamstress) has her try the dress on only to tell her come back when the "other guy" is here. Between 6-6:30pm Monday through Thursday or Saturday at 7am. Those are the only times he is there. Why did the "seamstress" have her try the dress on and waste our time if she couldn't handle it?? I call to confirm he will be there, my sister shows up and alas, he "had an emergency." Again giving these people the benefit of the doubt she goes back another day and he pins her. She needs a simple hem. She picks up her dress and they charge her $70 for a hem!!! To top it off I call and ask them to justify this price and the OWNER curses me out and tells me no matter what I tell people he will still kick the competition's a**, and that I am F*** crazy and then hung up on me. Fantastic customer service after he sneakily overcharged us. Find a cleaners that will also tailor your clothes for a reasonable price so you don't end up taken advantage of and yelled at! read more

The worst cleaners ever!!!! The owner Ray was very rude and nasty, along with horrible customer service skills. They damaged my dress and did not want to take ownership for it. The dress only cost me $25 and all I asked was to get refunded the amonut I paid for the dress. Ray did not want to even address the issue and told me that he was not going to do anything and claimed he has been in business over 30 years and it did'nt matter if he lost me as a customer. He was very arrogant. With an obnoxious attitude and poor customer service skills, he will not be business much longer. Save yourselves the grief and go to another cleaners!!!! If I could remove that one star, I would. they get zero stars. read more

do NOT use regency cleaners. they have ruined many of my blouses and dresses. i dropped off a dress recently which had a tiny black dot on it, which i pointed out to them. not only did they not clean the stain, they instead added further stains to it, which appear to be grease from their conveyor system or rails. in the same order, i dropped off a blouse which had deodorant stains on it. they did not remove the stains, and instead bleached the color out! they have ruined my pieces in ways which i couldn't even conceive doing myself. and when i pointed out the issues, the owner Ray gave such a horrible attitude, as if their customers don't provide them their livelihood. i was their customer for over a year, but because of this horrible service, i'm never going back here again. go to dependable cleaners down the the street instead. read more

This is a great cleaners. The prices are reasonable and they have a truly talented seamstress on staff who does wonderful work. This is the only cleaners to use if you're anywhere near the area. read more
