I've never used a laundry service for my clothes but my company put me in a hotel without a laundry room so I was in a pinch. I was able to drop off my clothes before work at 8am and pick them up at lunch. This is the best $15 I've ever spent though. Customer service was fine, but the clothes were folded so perfectly and they smell so good. They even got stains out of one of my dresses from a previous wash where I had mixed the wrong colors! I love this laundromat when I have an abundance of towels and mats. This establishment is always clean and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The prices are great due to the XL washers hold heavy duty towels and floor mats while the dryers operate so well I don't think I've spent over 30-35 min with a dry cycle if any articles. read more

Have to go through alot just to work a little position on the weekends. I kinda already knew I wasn't going to get a 2nd interview the vibes was off from the beginning and that's probably why she always looking for people to hire. They told me less then 24-hours that I didn't make the 2nd interview which tells me she know what she was doing in the first place. I have never been treated so badly, buy the owner no less. Alot of washing machines are broken down, and numerous(one time I counted 12)have clothes that are done just sitting in them for more than a hour sometimes, and the owner and attendant refuse to move them or do anything to make the situation better. The owner is very nasty and the attendants who work there usually quit within a few weeks. I know a couple personally who worked there. If you live in the area this is by far the most modern and clean Laundromat around. Their high efficient machines clean the cloths like no other saves you money too. If your new please speak to one of the attendants they are all so friendly especially Jenny she's awesome. They can walk you through how to use the machines. Keep in mind because they are high efficient machines less detergent is needed. Yes, there is a higher price for warm water but it's only by a couple cents you can always by pass the extra cost by choosing cold water. It's better for your cloths and the environment. This laundromat went completely downhill from when it first opened. Beyond ridiculous. They don't clean the washers at all. Most of them are filled with white gunk inside where you put the main wash liquid detergent. Sometimes it is filled with water and gunk - disgusting. The owner is rude. She used to be very pleasant and nice. The business must've gotten to her head. She's a total witch who doesn't give a crap about her customers. The long blonde haired lady is very kind and has great customer service skills. I don't know her name but she is great. Terri, boy oh boy. What a miserable hag. Stay away if she's in there. She lacks people skills as well as customer service skills. She is the one who prompted me to give this place 1 star, among other things that I've been trying to look past! I came in there once and the machine wasn't accepting credit cards. I went up to the nasty owner and asked her about it and she was like, "that's what it says right,".. listen lady, I am not a child, do not speak to me like I am a child. Still, I was very polite to her. I thought about never coming back again, but I went back plenty of times after that. I was at Spin Doctor on September 7 around 7:00pm. I used 6 washers and all of them washed my clothes except one. I told TERRI & she proceeded to argue with me about how they are high efficiency washers and that the white gunk inside the liquid holder was bubbles.. it was blocking the soap from getting to my clothes. The entire time there was no soap in the washer. The other 5 were perfectly fine. I continued to explain to her time and time again, she proceeded to argue with me and did nothing about it. This was very unprofessional and very disappointing. I first started coming here in 2013. I stopped in 2014 as I moved but recently moved back to the area and started coming again. The worst customer service ever. The lady is extremely rude and ignorant. I'm not sure if I will ever come back here again and will be telling friends and family to stay away. This is not how you treat customers that pay money every week to wash clothes.. There is no reason why my clothes should have came out dirty after getting washed. More so, there should be absolutely no reason for an EMPLOYEE to argue with a customer trying to prove me wrong when I've been coming there and 98% of the time, the washers have visible suds. How 5 out of 6 washers had suds, yet there was nothing wrong with this one.. I don't know. They should try cleaning the inside of the power/liquid containers & getting rid of gunk so the clothes can actually go trough a good wash. Some of the washers stink. Some of the dryers smell as well. Seriously, clean more and stop pretending like you're doing something behind that little desk! read more

Worst expieience I've ever had at a laundromat Put my whites in a dryer it came out with green and red marks! The owner didn't care she said I should have checked inside the dryer first and she didn't clean it out after she knew it was dirty and another guy was going to put his clothes in and I had to warn him not to? She was goin to let it happen to someone else's laundry so I guess she doesn't care about customer satisfaction and that's why she deserve this bad review She gave me stain remover and told me to hurry up cause they have to leave ?! I took my comforters in to be washed and dried. I was really impressed by the time I left. The place is clean and the inside temperature is really comfortable! I really appreciated the automatic sliding doors as you enter and exit. An employee greeted and assisted me instantly upon entering the facility. I washed my comforters in the largest machines while each machine cost less than 9.00 per load (including the extra rinse). I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because as I was inspecting the inside of the machines, I noticed some of them had a musty smell inside., probably because they are not left open to air out. This did not affect nor damage my comforters and I will definitely be a returning customer! read more

Always so nice and clean in there! You get a discount on your load if you wash with colder water. (Hey, hot water is expensive to heat and it's not always the best for your clothes!) Spin Doctor is always very clean, and the staff is always very accommodating and friendly. They have newer Electrolux washers and dryers. They have a feature on the washing machines that will text you a status of available machines, and will even text you when your wash is finished. The bathrooms are always very clean, and there are several great places to eat right next door. Right across the street from a Kmart, Starbucks, and Planet Fitness. I live in Easy Windsor but I find myself driving about 20 minutes to this laundromat because I love he quality and cleanliness of this business. I live in an apartment and the machines we have are truly awful so I read some reviews and decided to try it out. The prices are reasonable and they have large,medium and small washers. The dryers are 40 cents for 5 minutes but since they're so efficient it doesn't take long at all. Plus if you upload $20 on your card they give you $3. The staff is really helpful also so that's always a plus. All and all, if you're in the area give it a try. It's so worth it. read more

Ok, here are my stars, I drove by several other places in the area since they decided to renovate at the apartment I live in. Every place except this one looked questionable at best and unsanitary at least. I for one believe in a better standard and this albeit a bit more pricey than I expected is worth it. You can tell the care and effort that goes into the place as one would want since it is a laundromat, dirty machines even with detergent mean dirty clothes which is not this place. Staff is friendly the only downside of this laundromat is the fact that the dryers don't get hot as to be expected so my clothes were still damp. The machines are updated but you spend money on the Weight of the load if you wanna wash your clothes in hot water and it's more money. Spin Doctor is a great local laundromat with professional staff and an owner who cares. The negative reviews targeting the owner are somewhat surprising, because Cathy has bent over backwards for me to resolve an issue I brought to her attention. In my case, Spin Doctor was washing and folding my salon capes, but they were badly wrinkled when I picked them up. Cathy spent the time and energy to investigate the cause and determined that the capes' snaps were getting caught in the dryer, causing the capes to tightly twist together and come out wrinkled. She proposed several solutions, including hanging and steaming them individually, in order to deliver the capes to my satisfaction. Cathy really cares about her customers, and it is a shame other reviewers perceived they had a different experience. read more

I've been coming here for over a year now. There are several other laundromats closer to my home however I know that this one is always clean (including the bathrooms); the attendants are always helpful; I don't have to carry around bunch of quarters; the TV's are not too loud and never playing "ratchet" things; it's in a well lit and safe area; they have a bin for clothes you want to give away; they give prizes away; I've never had to wait for a machine; and the list goes on. I have not had a negative experience here yet. I didn't give it 5 stars because I always have difficulty with the Wi-Fi. read more

Laundry is my enemy but spin doctor has made laundry somewhat enjoyable. First of all, I am a clean freak and germ-a-phobe and this place is very well maintained and sanitary. I started coming here for my comforters only since I do have a washer/dryer at home. But lately, I gave their wash & fold service a try and they took great care of my clothes for a great price. I may be a regular with "wash & fold" as it saves me so much time and I know my clothes are well cared for.. I love how everything is up to date. Even for payment, you use a refillable card which makes thing more seamless. You can even receive a text for when your laundry is ready. And there's so many deals offered all the time. Last but not least, every employee I have encountered here has been more than helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I hung out here today on my day off while I waited for my laundry as I enjoyed chatting with the employee. I will certainly be a regular. read more

Great location because it is close to where I live. I live in a complex that has washers and driers I only come here to wash heavier items(comforters etc.) I think this place is pretty expensive.
