Abstract has always been super helpful with computer repairs or setup for both my work and home computers.

I brought my business computer (a laptop) in for repair. Can you believe that even after I explained this computer is for business and has all of my work on it, they actually gave it to a rookie who made mistakes and broke other things? As a result, they had to mail my computer off for a couple of weeks for more repairs. The way they informed me that they would have to mail the laptop in for further repairs was to call me up and ask, "What's your password?" with no explanation. read more

If I have a problem, I can call or email and they are always able to help work out the issue. The owner/Manager (Michael Daugherty) of this Company is a Complete THIEF, Cheat and a LIAR . he purchased a couple Tekk 2-way radios off me thru eBay and once delivered he then emailed me complaining that only 1 of the radios worked, I suggested for him to return everything for a full Refund. he then filed a complaint with eBay and open up a not as described complaint, He agreed to return the radio's for a full refund like I asked, 5 days later i received a package that weighed 1 lb 6 oz. the radios weighed a bit under 5 Lb's. I opened up the box to find 4 Light Bulb's that are used to Grow Marijuana " Metal Halide 175 watt " I sent emails with no response, i also called and he refused to talk because of the message i left for his employee's to here. I had the Phoenix police dept come over to dust print the bulbs and filed Mail fraud charges with FCCFBI.COM and his local police, eBay and Paypal....
