They also carry sweatshirts, sweats, leggings, and beanies, along with accessories like earrings, piercings, and keychains. There's even a changing room with two stalls so you can try things on, which I've used in the past. Customer service has never been an issue for my family and I, staff are always helpful and the shopping experience is easy. I've been coming to this T-shirt warehouse since I was a young kid, and it's always been a solid spot for affordable basics and everyday essentials.

I was happy to see that they were open on the weekend as I work late during the week. I came in and brought the robe and met with a guy who was friendly. We went over the different color options, fonts, etc. The robe was a light purple so I ended up picking a pinkish color to compliment it. What I should of done was ask how much this would cost. When I picked it up a few days later I was charged $24! ....For one letter that was probably 2-3 inches big? I also noticed that behind the letter there was some white paper still attached. I asked the person there what is this and they said oh that's common for embroidered letters to have that on. Uhhh I was concerned it would be itchy on the body. Not sure what they were talking about because my robe has a stitched "K" with nothing behind it....it just goes through the cloth..... Felt that it was overpriced for the end product. Pretty terrible experience. I tried to set up an order I was…read morehoping to pick up 5 days later. This was already considered a rush order that came with additional fees. After spending almost an hour setting up an order on their website (with an AI assistant constantly trying to push stuff on you), there was no confirmation email. I called the next day to see if the order got through. A sleepy gentlemen answered the phone and mumbled apathetically that he'd check and get back to me. He never did. I left a message the next day, asking for a call back to find out if my order had come through. I got a text on my phone the next day, reading: "Thank you for reaching out to The Best Screen Printing company. Please send us your design, when you need it by, size breakdown and quantity for your order at sales@tbsp.la to get a free quick quote.". So we were back to square one, with 3 days just out the window. I emailed them and explained that I had submitted an order through their website days earlier. They emailed back and said they wouldn't honor that order. They told me if I wanted to pick up any t-shirt by Monday, they'd use a lower-quality (!) t-shirt and charge an additional $20 above the additional rush order fees they had already added. I never write reviews, but here I felt compelled to.
