This is surprising since I'd never used a sewing machine before. At a class this week, I met another lady who got a REALLY great deal on a refurbished high end sewing/embroidery machine and after sleeping on it, decided to go back the next day to see if they could find another deal like that for me. Well, George happened to be there and he and Karen found me a near-new machine with less than 10k stitches on it!!! Needless to say, I came home with a MAJOR upgrade at a GREAT price. I brought in my own totes and custom design, and they were not only flexible with working with the material--they were also incredibly patient and helpful through the whole process. Here's the kicker: I realized after submitting the design that I had accidentally written the wrong date--5-4-24 instead of 5-4-25. Total panic moment. But Avi came through like a total lifesaver and fixed the typo perfectly, updating it to the correct date and making it look completely seamless. Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it. But I was already annoyed already I had to make an extra trip to pick up. I have gotten a lot of embroidery work done, I tried this place out of convenience. If you are looking for great quality at better prices. Go to Team Uniform or LoudPrint. This place is more of a mass manufacturing embroidery shop. Not for small custom jobs.

I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!
