    Maybach wrapped

I highly recommend Dependable Guys Custom Wrap Shop. I've had 7 cars wrapped here, and they've consistently delivered excellent quality and some of the best service I've experienced. The wraps always come out clean, detailed, and professionally done, and their pricing is great for the level of work they provide. What really sets this shop apart is the owner, Arson. He's extremely hands-on, involved throughout the process, and genuinely goes out of his way to cater to his customers' needs and make sure everything comes out exactly right. After seven cars, this has become my go-to wrap shop. Great quality, great pricing, dependable service, and an owner who actually cares about the finished product and his customers. Highly recommended!

I got my cars wrapped with these guys. The process was great and I truly believe I got great value. They were very transparent with the whole process and delivered a great product and service. People give me so many compliments on the cars and I'm so happy with the new look of my cars. I will work with them for a long time.

Arson and the crew did a fantastic and quick RS7 style grille swap for my Audi A7! I'm extremely satisfied and will be back for more projects!

Interested in a wrap or tint job for your car??? Then look no further..cuz Arson & his crew at Dependable Guys are HANDS DOWN the kings of car glow up! I know because not only have I had my Tesla X wrapped matte black, but my dad loved the quality work sooo much that he came back to have Arson hook him up with his custom matte purple wrap on his Tesla S. I even commissioned the guys to paint my brake calipers red to give me the added oomph, sporty completed look for my ride and to say I love the results is an understatement, because I'm OBSESSED with my car. I get compliments on it all the time and for the competitive and fairly price of everything, the value and quality was worth it..100%!!! Turn around time was about 3-4 days, which was on point. I highly recommend this shop for your car customizing needs and definitely will come back for work on my future cars. Thank me laters!

Just picked up my new Lotus Emira a couple of days ago and--wow--these guys absolutely crushed it. I was referred by a friend, and from the very first text message through meeting Arson and the team in person, the entire experience was top-tier. Arson is such a dope person--super humble, clearly knows his craft, and genuinely passionate about what he does. This is more than just a business to them, and you feel that immediately. I originally planned on shopping around and checking out other shops, but after my first chat with them, I didn't need to call anyone else. Pricing was an amazing deal--straightforward, fair, and no BS. They really work with you, walk through the details, and help find the best options for your budget without cutting corners. The team walked me through everything they did, step by step, and the results speak for themselves. I had PPF installed, gloss-black PPF wrap, blacked-out badging, tint, and gloss-black coated rims--absolutely flawless work. Superb craftsmanship. I'll definitely be bringing my Emira back to this team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and people who genuinely care about the work they put out.

Had my new car PPF wrapped, Ceramic coated, and ceramic window tinting. They did a great job and very happy how it turned out.

I was referred to these guys by a friend and shopped around quite a bit before choosing them. They were easily the most responsive and professional out of everyone I contacted. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They were honest, upfront, and clearly take pride in their work. They estimated the job would take about three hours but finished in closer to two, and the quality was top-notch. What really stood out was their integrity. I originally wanted PPF just on the front of my car, but instead of pushing the sale, they explained it might not look right due to possible color variation. They even brought out a sample and tested it on my car to show me why. They could have taken my money and moved on--but they didn't. That level of honesty is rare. I'll absolutely be back for my other cars and will be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation.

Nice guys, but I wouldn't say dependable. They did not answer my call but texted instead, which is understandably preferred by some. I sent over photos of my car and of course whoever I was texting said it was no problem to tint and chrome delete. I had to double text to confirm my appointment, which already seemed unprofessional. When dropping off my car, the person who was there was again, nice, but didn't seem to know what was going on. I know, I should have seen the red flags. Got a text later in the day stating that my car was ready. The tint was great, the chrome delete... not so much. There was peeling, bubbles, and chrome peaking through in various spots. After pointing them out, they said no problem, 10 more minutes. I didn't want to rush them but they tried anyway. "Actually, the person who did it isn't here anymore and it's better if they re-did it." Luckily I had some time the next day to bring it by and they said it'd take about 20 min. They tried again. Still saw some trouble spots. "The way your car is made, it's difficult to get into certain spots without messing up the car. But we'll try again." "We're not making excuses." To make up for it, they gave me an "extended warranty," which is worthless because the business owner literally told me they can keep trying but it would make it worse. I asked if they needed more time, but he said it wasn't an issue of time. They blame the car, the same car that I sent them a photo of in the beginning. I chose this place due to the initial convenience, however it looks like sometimes it's better to go out of your way for a good experience.

They did a great job with painting my brake calipers on my Porsche Cayenne. Very happy with the way they turned out, looks like they came like that from the factory. Amazing quality and price! I highly recommend working with Arson and his team.

This place did a really good job installing a rear lip spoiler on my Tesla Model 3...specifically tech, Damian. I found this place in Yelp because its close to my house in Santa Ana. If you need install anything for your vehicle, reach out to them first and ask for the owner, Arsen.

Arsen did my 2026 GR Supra final edition in full matte ppf Inozetek. My car came in a special color burn out (matte white) and I wanted to keep it OEM looking like if there wasn't any ppf on it. Arsen and his team delivered and did an excellent job. Arsen is super friendly, knowledgeable, has competitive prices, and a friendly dog at the shop. I had a small issue with the sensors giving an error but Arsen was a quick text away and told me to stop by the shop to fix it immediately. Overall I would definitely recommend Dependable guys.

Had a wonderful experience with Dependable Guys this week. Had windows tinted, calipers painted red and front lip installed. All done within one day and great communication on the status of the car throughout the day. The calipers don't even look painted, looks like original from Audi even with the S-line logo on it!

I've been going to Dependable Guys and working with Arson for years now, and honestly I wouldn't trust my cars with anyone else. Over 15+ vehicles done between tint, wheels, and wrap work every single time the quality is on point. I've referred 100+ friends over the years and everyone has always been happy, no exceptions. I'm extremely picky when it comes to my cars, and that's exactly why I keep coming back. If you're even thinking about going somewhere else, don't. These guys are the real deal.

    Absolutely amazing powder coat silver!

Ask the Community - Dependable Guys

I'd like to get my stock rims coated on a Tesla Model 3, but it has some curb rash. Can this place buff it out or should I replace/fix at another place before coming here to coat them?

Not the business owner but yes they'll need to buff it out before powder coating. I had dropped off my 19 inch Model Y wheels with a ton of scratches from the hub caps. They completely buffed it out when they powder coated it.

How much would the cost be to wrap a 2022 bmw 330i with a satin dark gray vinyl wrap?

About $2,800. They are the best in the business.

How much does it cost to wrap a cayman 2022 with XPEL PPF and ceramic or graphene?

2022 Lucid. Window tinting, windshield +glass roof as one piece with 3M film tinting do you offer?

Yes they did. Got my lucid back yesterday and couldn't be happier. I did whole tinting. Tinting without sunroof is $750 and if sunroof included, the price will be $1400 because of the one big concave glass which is harder to work than Tesla.

Hi how much is to put PPF on Rivian R1T?

Text or call the store owner. He will respond your question quickly (949) 307-1818

How much would it cost to chrome delete a Tesla model 3?

Typically it costs $675 with our shop this includes painting of the emblems

Hi there, do you offer XPEL clear bra wrap and what is the cost for a full body wrap on a Tesla Model Y?

Hi we do offer full clear bra wraps Our cost for free hand cut full Xpel clear bra is $4975

Are these guys still around? They did an fantastic job on my Audi and I'm trying to get them do another car? They have not responded to emails and no one has been answering the number I call.

    Yes they are.

How much to Plasti-Dip an e36 bmw matte black? The car, not the wheels?

Hi there it would run around $750

I️ was wondering what the estimate would be to dip a 2002 Lexus is300? Any response is greatly appreciated.

The price was fair and they were very professional. They give you a physical warranty card, listing out the percentages on each window and product information so that if there are any issues you just take it back and they file a warranty claim. There were no issues with the tint. I did a walk in and I was willing to wait, but once other employees saw me waiting they all went to my car to make sure I got out of there quickly which was really considerate (although I truly did not mind waiting!). Despite moving fast, the results were perfect. The tint job was great, and the heat reduction was immediately noticed with my car. My ac sucked and the tint help it not have to work so hard to keep the car cool. I ended up trading in the car, but I attached photos I took before I had it sold. The only reason I did not go back for my new car was due to the distance from where I live but I regret it! I really wish I brought my current car to them. Trust me, they will take care of you like you are one of their own. They have nothing to hide, they are proud of their work and for good reasons.

However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.
