Also do background on people you allow in your home. Check criminal backgrounds and see if they are credible. They should have more than a simple paper certificate and a janky website. Denise came to my house spent 3 hours going in and out of all of my room but still wanted my floor plans. Red flags went off immediately and it's just isn't worth the risk. She wasn't the most professional and things seemed sketchy. Always trust your gut! Update: on 10/21 she said I would have the money and I don't.
