My guided meditation with Heather proved both practical and educational. Despite my best efforts…read morein the past to perform even a 10 minute meditation, the experience was always unenjoyable and unsuccessful. But with Heather guiding me, it was different. I actually enjoyed it and didn't find it difficult. She began our appointment by explaining a few things to me, such as how to handle a wondering mind. She also told me what I can expect from a session and how to deal with somethings, such as seeing images and that I ought to simply observe them as art. Finally. She closed the meditation with a thorough grounding exercise that I appreciated being walked through and learned from. During my meditation, I did have some special experiences that I am grateful for, and Heather was able to give me some insights into the meanings of these experiences. After my session was over, and Heather had left, I felt amazing! With the goals of enlightenment and success, I believe that my guided meditation session with Heather did teach me some new tools that will help me to meditate more successfully in the future when doing it on my own.
