Upon pick up he tells me he used 2 tubes of silicone to glue my doors back together and he broke my tweeter cover. It's been over a week now and now and when I call he's never there. They are great at taking your money but refuse to replace something if and when they break it . I just wanted my vehicle back in the condition it was to begin with. What is so hard about that? I would NOT recommend taking any luxury car here for a tint job bc apparently when they break something they will refuse to fix it. And they did everything exactly the way we wanted. They finished faster than they said they would have it done and they were $900 less than other places we went to. (Probably because they actually listened to what we wanted!) They tried to problem solve and think through things instead of jumping to the easiest solution. Watched them drive it out of the bay Went to front. "Oh. The alignment hasn't been done. The tire techs can't report on the alignment, so it just shows done when the tires have been put back on."
