However, I had to reach out to Ebony (the owner) for MONTHS, 3 to be exact, to get my physical product. She ignored most of my messages, only responding once in a blue moon to tell me they'd be in, but the date and excuses kept changing, every time she'd actually reply. I was an ambassador in her ambassador program, so I paid even more for that and I had done prior sessions without any issues. After months of being ignored in her private messages, I finally reached out in the ambassador group chat (mind you my contract stated I would be an ambassador until November 1st, 2023. I have a copy of the contract.) She got mad and kicked me from the group chat, finally messaged me personally and said she was too busy and too tired and she'd contact me later. I told her I would be posting screen shots and filing a dispute that evening (August 30, 2023) and didn't hear anything all day, so I made my Facebook post and planned to call my bank the next morning, Magically that next morning, her attitude completely changed and she said she'd have my product the next evening for me and she asked me to take down my post (that plenty of other girls commented on with the same issues, dating back multiple YEARS without product.) I will finally be getting my product tomorrow (I hope) after being ignored for THREE months. I would just take your business elsewhere because the amount of money I had to pay, to be treated like this and ignored, was unbelievable. She is not worth it.

I cannot say enough about how poorly this photography business is run. I purchased a calendar…read morepackage that after tax almost cost $700 in June of 2021 to be done on November 6th of 2021. To start the flyer said that each month would be set up in her studio for the calendar. It was not. Then I was promised to have the calendar by December 2nd. I asked multiple times where the calendar was and was ignored quite a few times. I did not end up receiving the calendar until December 26th. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and I was unable to give it until after Christmas. Then once I received the calendar there were repeat photos on multiple months. I contacted the owner asking for her to fix it only to be ignored when she was active on all of her social media platforms. I obviously got very upset and text her the next day asking her to respond because I had spent a lot of money on a product that was incorrect only to be given attitude. I was told on December 27th that it would be reordered and delivered to my apartment. It is now February 3rd (Over 5 weeks later) and I still have not received the fixed product and have been ignored, again, when asking what the status was. This entire situation from the start until now has been handled very poorly and unprofessionally. I did not spend almost $700 to be treated like crap and not get what I paid for. The pictures turned out great but I could've went to another photographer and gotten the same product but had been treated well and actually gotten the product I paid for. This is unacceptable.

When our premature babies were stuck in the NICU, they came to the hospital and did an extra session there. In addition to our scheduled session. The session was great. We gave our general idea and she ran with it, providing her eye to fill in the details. Ann Marie has a variety of props, costumes, and set dressings in the studio to flesh out the look. The final pictures make our babies look like models! They're holding hands in one of them! Her way with babies is remarkable. She kept them both calm and placid while she dressed and posed them. She had a few tricks to pull this off, including an automatic shusher. Knowing that our little ones came from the NICU, she had a NICU nurse on site to help. The whole time, we had a comfortable couch to sit on, watching the process and giving our input. Watching the session was fun for us! She even took one pic with our phones so we had a preview to share with the world. My one other criticism is that the studio is a little hard to find. It's in a large shopping village in which every store looks the same. It's above the ice cream place, which is free standing in the middle of a square. When I first saw the price for the session, I balked, but after a nice experience and great results, it was worth every penny.
