I also paid for a maintenance service, but I was never informed that it had to be used before a certain expiration date or I would lose it. There was no clear communication or reminder. When I contacted the company, they refused to honor a service that I had already paid for. A company that values its customers should stand behind its products and clearly communicate important terms instead of leaving customers to find out after it's too late. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you're looking for an HVAC company that values customer service and long-term relationships, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Considering the increased power generating capacity of newer panels and storage capability of the Tesla battery, I was sold by the quality and value of the expanded system. The design and contract review was done online in a timely fashion and it was a swift transition to installation taking place in just one day, as the the lead installer (Antonio) was joined with two co-workers who explained how the project would move forward and answered all my questions.
