If I could give no stars I would!!! I was very disappointed in the way they handled business. I have rented from them once before and she the lady that answers the phone was cold then too however this is what happened this time. I called on the week before my event and inquired about renting chairs and how much for delivery? She said we don't deliver for small orders like that I said ok no problem. I said do I need to reserve them she said no we're open Monday-Friday 9-5 just come in. I said ok so I called on the week of on that Tuesday and I got an answering machine so I left a message saying who I was and I may need 30 chairs and a table I left my phone number just in case they may have wanted more information. So on the morning of my event I'm running around doing my last minute things the event starts at 5 so I said let me go pick up the table and chairs it's now 3:20 and I'm at the UTurn light that takes me right to the rental place and I called as I was waiting at the light. That same lady I previously spoke to answered the phone and I said who I was etc... she said we don't do pick ups or deliveries after 3. I said excuse me!!! She said my guys are loading up the truck for tomorrow's deliveries. I said what does that have to do with me you said that I had to pick up what I needed because y'all dont deliver for a small order like that, so I'm pulling in ready to pick up what I asked for. She placed me on hold came back and said no we can't do it we don't do pick ups after 3!!!! Must I say how upset I was that you tell me this at 3:20 and my event is at 5:00 and you didn't think that I needed to know that information the first time we spoke on the phone or even called me when I left a message about also renting a table. So needless to say she was very unprofessional very uncaring and I will never in my entire life rent from them again NEVER!!! read more

I was in desperate need of a dependable party rentals for my wedding in April when my venue changed unexpectedly. In a panic, I called around to a few different places to get information on how we could turn my backyard into an wedding venue. Most other companies were unwilling to work within my tight timeline. Once I got Lisa on the phone from AC Party Rental, I felt like I was finally dealing with a professional. She was very knowledgable about the type of equipment we would need for our guest count and our space. She even helped me with finding other local vendors such as my caterer and DJ! Planning a wedding can be super stressful but it was nice to feel like I had an experienced company that was able to execute on the things that were promised. Wow. !!! What a great place to rent from.. I usually never post on these sites. I feel if I pay for a service it should be what I pay for. But this place was special , They told me that they had replaced all there stock , well they were telling the truth my tent was very white brand new, chairs I ordered white folding again brand new. Service was great I dealt with a women salesperson name Lisa she help me with 100% of everything . All I can say WOW !!!! I hope you have the experience that I so enjoyed.
