I especially appreciate that he's honest and will be frank in telling you that if you want him to repair using the cheapest parts he'll do that, but he warranty the work. I don't blame him! I told him I need to watch my budget and he said he's look for the best price on well made parts from reputable manufacturers. That's only fair. He's also a really good guy with a positive attitude. So nice to work with a repair person who isn't grouchy or touchy when you ask questions. I'm curious and if I can learn something that will help me catch a problem BEFORE is more serious than it has to be, then I'd like to do that. I think that's best for both sides of a repair issue. Spent $300 to repair an oven. Changed out coil, ignition and pilot light. Never mentioned about…read moreneeding a new motor. Was told the repair comes with a 30 day warranty. The oven stopped working in less than 30 days. Called the shop. The person who answer was very rude. Said he remembers the oven. They only cover 30 days on the parts replaced. Without even wanting to see the oven again, he said the only thing that could've made it stop working is the motor since it's old. He said a new motor would cost between $500 to $750. Why did he just mention this now? Just the motor replace alone, we could've purchased a new oven. Even $300 repair expense was high for an old oven but we trusted their expertise thinking it'd be fixed. Do not recommend this shop. This is a shady practice. If this was an honest mistake, once this is resolved. I will take down the review.

He mentioned he would try to come by that evening if he had time. Needless to say, Joey stopped by that evening, diagnosed our problem and discussed the available solutions without trying to upsell anything I didn't actually need. Joey fixed the issue and our system is cooling once again! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Joey and The Heat-N-Air Man company for your HVAC needs!

He lied telling me it was all new updated equipment when in fact, it was the old models that he was talking down. Charged me $11,000 and was impossible to get on the phone or even have him come out to look at the system. I told him we did not like the system and wanted to put his new everything I said and straight back let me charge those units first. Why would you have to charge a brand new factory charge units in the first place? He is now saying that I'm harassing him because I'm asking for our money back. Be aware he is no good. We will be going to court. Go with someone else!!!!!
