I moved to Chiloquin many years ago....when it came time for replacing my heating system, I called Shane the owner of Bliss Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote and what he would suggest for my home. I bought the Bosch system and found it to be not only economical to purchase and run, but so quiet I can't tell if it's on or not..... Called Shane last night with a problem had to leave message but he called back in a short period of time, which seems rare lately from service people. Talked to him about my problem and we made an appointment for the next morning. Shane showed up early and we talked about the issue again to clarify what was going on. He checked the system out and explained everything clearly as to what he was doing and what he thought was the problem. When he was done we had a system working like it suppose to again. Honest, quick and thorough. He let us know that our problem was more than likely in the wall thermostat (our issue resolved itself while he was there so he couldn't diagnose with 100 percent certainty. He even suggested we could fix it ourselves for a much lower price (an easy swap). I love when businesses aren't pushy about them doing simple tasks to make money.
