Just about every place offers relaxing massages but I needed a therapy massage - and Nikki delivered! Nikki's Spa should be called, "Nikki's House of Healing" because she has magic hands. She can tell you more what's going on with your body than any doctor or lab report. I over-extended myself playing basketball with "jumpers knee" and knee hyper-extension. After a month of the healing process, my knee and calf still had some lingering pain and strain going up & down my stairs - but 90 minutes with Nikki made it all go away. The therapy massage is not just the typical deep tissue massage (that I don't particularly like). I explained my problem areas and Nikki's magic hands found areas I didn't know were concerns but immediately felt it when she was working her magic. Nikki covers the sciatic nerve, lymph nodes and the blood flow of the body for better health. If you have back pain, knee pain, sciatic pain, diabetes or migraines - let Nikki work her magic before deciding on surgery or meds. Overall, this wasn't just a massage, it was pure physical therapy and preventative maintenance needed on my body. Nikki is truly a miracle worker. No matter where you live, it's worth the drive to Nikki's Spa.

She gots the job done & helps with my recovery every time. I overwork my body daily and coming to her helps with my recovery. I enjoy the pain, deep tissue, and cupping. She might not be for everybody but def for those who need deep tissue or have pain. She is one strong little lady! Love her!

There's many little stores in this plaza. If you're facing The 99 Cend and More store, this reflexology business is to the left next to a cellphone repair store. Upon arrival: Pros: 1) plenty of parking in the huge parking lot. 2) clean little entry way and cute interior decor. 3) person at front desk checking us in was very nice. She recommended the $50 "30 minute foot with body and 30 minute body" combination package. Glad we went with this one. 4) they took us in immediately and seated us on the long red massage beds. Brought us warm water to soak our feet. 5) I got Annie to massage me. She did an excellent job! Perfect pressure most of the time. We got a head massage, neck, back, front legs, back of legs, calves, feet, arms, hands, massaged. 6) bathroom was really clean. Cons: 1) My significant other (S.O.) got Peter to massage him. His opinion was that Peter was a little too rough, pressure too harsh, and too strong massaging him. He had a terrible headache after the massage. 2) I could hear my SO loudly grunting next to me with Peter. I knew he was hurting as that's never happened to him in all the massages we've been together. But... my SO kept his cool and let the massage continue in hopes it'll take out all the muscle knots in his body. My SO said Peter did great on other muscles like in his legs, arms, parts of his back, etc. Conclusion: We would go here again! Probably request for someone else for my SO. This place was clean, cute decor, quiet, nice soothing music playing, and they got down to business right away.

Avoid this place! I…read morebooked a 30-minute foot massage and a 30-minute body massage. The first thing I noticed was that the place was almost empty when I walked in, only 1 other guest besides me. There was also no relaxing spa music, so the atmosphere felt cold and awkward instead of calming. Another red flag was that they asked for payment before the service. Most good massage places I've been to have customers pay afterward. The massage started with very light pressure on my head. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I'm petite, but even after I asked for firmer pressure, it only lasted a few minutes before going back to being very light. The foot massage was probably the most disappointing part. He used so much lotion and spent a lot of time just rubbing it around my feet instead of actually massaging them. It felt ticklish more than relaxing, which has never happened to me at a good massage place. Every now and then he'd press directly on my foot bones and ask if it hurt. Well...yes, because those are bones, not pressure points. I asked him several times to use more pressure. He would for a few minutes, then go right back to lightly rubbing my feet. The place advertises reflexology, but I honestly didn't experience anything that felt like reflexology. Instead of working pressure points, he made random elbow movements, lightly touched different areas, and kept pushing my body side to side, which actually made me feel dizzy instead of relaxed. During the body massage, he didn't even use oil or lotion until I reminded him. He also kept focusing on the middle of my back, even after I told him my lower back was the area bothering me. He spent maybe a few seconds on my lower back before ending the session with a few karate chops. I get massages regularly, so I have a pretty good idea of what a decent massage should feel like. This was easily one of the worst massages I've had. It felt more like someone randomly rubbing and moving my body around than giving an actual therapeutic massage or reflexology treatment. The core service was simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, I felt itchy after the massage, which is unusual for me. I can't say for sure what caused it, but it made me question the cleanliness of the towels, linens, or massage table. Afterward, I asked the front desk if the therapist was new because I was genuinely surprised by the quality. She told me he has been a massage therapist for 30 years. When I explained that I was very unhappy with the massage and that it didn't resemble the reflexology treatment I expected, she simply apologized, shrugged her shoulders, and that was it. Definitely not a place I'll be returning to.
