Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service - did not communicate! I don't believe the other reviews on this site about Jeremy Magness - he did not do ANY of the things as other people have stated in this review. I have bought and sold a lot of homes and used a lot of lenders and mortgage brokers and this will by far is the worst! GO SOME where else, any place else. Would never recommend this agency or Jeremy. The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn't give a negative star.
