As an employee for ACCU, I can tell you what a great company this is. I started working here about 5 months ago and I don't regret it. My coworkers and I are all very fond of our members. We build such great relationships with the people who walk in our doors. My coworkers are very caring and always trying to help in any way they can. It honestly feels like I have a second family here. I love that they give us employees as well as the members an opportunity to volunteer and donate to the Children's Miracle Network. It makes it easy to drop off old clothes while doing your daily tasks, or get a chocolate yet benefit children and families. I love that we are super interactive with our members and get to celebrate with food and drinks and gift baskets for things like National Credit Union day! LOVE this credit union. I've been a member here for over 15 years and my husband has been a member of the "other" arizona state credit union. The service here is SO much better than the other one. They treat you like a person - not another number. I seldom wait in line - the staff is always very knowledgable. I also love the rewards point system they have. I haven't had to pay for a fee since they started the service - for cashier's checks, wiring money, or otherwise as I always have enough points to cover it. So after banking via Wells Fargo during my adolescents, I soon destroyed what financial history I had.... Account closed.... Years later after refusing to set up an account with any bank for fear of (bailouts) shady Wells Fargo activities, not saying every branch participated but it effects my view of Wells as a whole. My boss has AZCCU as his bank and had nothing but good things to say.... So I decided what the heck. Love all of the woodwork done on the inside of it. The service is great, never stayed in line longer than 5 minutes. All of the staff are nice and welcoming. Asked about getting a loan and the interest rates were pretty low, although I didn't apply for the loan. The staff were trying to get me the small loan and I'm thankful they tried their hardest to help me. I've had no trouble about hidden fees that other banks do and recommend this bank to anyone that's looking to switch. read more

I really like the Arizona Central Credit Union, of course I have only had an account with this bank. I love the service with AZ Central and I feel like the staff actually listen to what you are asking them to do, they never rush me, and they reassure me when they are busy that someone will see me as soon as possible. This financial institution is the best I have ever experienced. They gave me $200 to open up a checking/savings account, initiating by having only a direct deposit of $250/month to earn it.
