It may not be the best rate, as many times there are more important factors of a loan than the actual rate, but it is the best loan for that particular customer. Since I sign a good number of their Buyers each month, it's nice to know that when they get to the closing table, they are well educated in what type of loan they are getting and what happens after they sign.
