I always scheduled early morning appointments since I suffer from cluster headaches and prefer to get in and out quickly, and I made them aware of this. I've never missed an appointment. In recent years, prices have kept going up, and now there's even a new credit card fee. I still planned to keep going because I liked that Dr. Dijour's office was clean and well maintained, and in the past, I had recommended them to friends and family. My appointment today was set for 8:45 AM, but last week I was out of town and accidentally left my phone at home. When I got back Sunday night, I saw their text and confirmed as usual before going to bed. When I arrived this morning, I was told my appointment was removed because they require confirmation 24 hours in advance. I don't recall being told that, but I could understand it. Still, given my perfect attendance, I expected some benefit of the doubt. Instead, they only offered me a new afternoon slot, knowing I only do early mornings. I honestly feel this was intentional. I've also informed the receptionist in the past that any calls or messages must come from a phone that is in my contacts because my phone is set up only to accept phone numbers in it, if not it will not ring. Anyway, it time to try someone new just a few blocks down on 516 in Old Bridge.

I did my research and Dr. Champagne's credentials were top notch ( despite the fact it was a 45 min drive). Years later, and a considerable amount of work done, it is the best choice I made. Dr. Champagne and his team are extremely professional, personable and very customer focused. Their office team is very organized and work with my insurance seamlessly - makes it easy for me as it gets complicated. Most importantly, both he and Inga (his collegaue) ,have a very delicate working style which is rare from my experience- I learned the hard way. At the end of the day, their work speaks for themselves. Very pleased with their team! In sum, It's worth the drive and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

I have attached a picture of my implant done at the Champagne Smiles. Within a few months I felt a constant pain with puss coming out from under my gums. I went back to this office to talk about it and they said it was normal... fast forward a few additional months my gums had receded to the point where you could see the metal screw and my gums were purple. After revisiting the office again, it was clear they had no idea how to fix this so I went to a Periodontist in Manhattan. He was in shock at how poorly my implant was done. the angle of the screw was incorrectly angled outward on top of there being so much cement under my gums which definitely caused the constant irritation. It has now been four years since my dental implant failed and I had to restart the process. Thankfully my periodontist has fixed it, and I have not had any issues for the past four years besides trauma from my experience and neglect at Champagne Smiles. Fixing Dr. Champagnes mistake cost me 12K on top of what I paid for the first implant done by him. PLEASE think again before going here.

I asked about using laughing gas for my wisdom teeth removal because I don't like needles and was anxious, and instead of acting like a professional, he called me a child. Completely unacceptable.
