We prepaid Glenwood Premier Dental Group $9,500 toward a treatment plan totaling $27,275.20 for our son. The plan included two root canals, multiple crowns, extractions, bone grafts, a bridge, and sedation dentistry, yet the only services ever performed were one cleaning and one root canal. Throughout treatment we received contradictory information from different dentists: one said a second root canal was needed, another said it was not; one said the office offered sedation, another said they did not; and they disagreed on how many extractions were needed. Ashley, the office manager, repeatedly stated that the total cost would remain the same regardless of changes to the plan or the removal of major procedures. We experienced many broken promises from her, and during the last two visits nothing was done; one visit was canceled because they "didn't have time," and at the final visit, when extractions were supposed to occur, the dentist spent the time trying to convince our son to see a surgeon, saying they could not perform the procedure there with sedation. They also disagree on how many wisdom teeth needed to be removed. Due to these issues, we notified the office on September 29, 2025, that we were stopping treatment and requesting a refund; we followed up again on October 9 and October 20. In our last meeting, Ashley said we had an $8,000 credit, but later texted that it was $7,827.40. We sent certified letters on October 28 and November 11. Ashley then claimed a refund check was "mailed on November 3rd" but provided no proof of mailing, tracking, copy of the check, or confirmation of the address used, and refused to stop payment or reissue it. Her latest message said they were "awaiting their accountant to ensure the check has not processed," which is not credible since we never received a check. Despite repeated written requests, certified letters, emails, and texts, no refund has been issued as of November 22, 2025. Please check the other reviews, where you will see that other patients have reported similar experiences with this office. We have hard, verifiable evidence of everything we've described, including, but not limited to, payments, timelines, and certified letters. Since they continue to avoid resolving this matter and have still not refunded our money, the situation is only escalating and will become public to a larger number of consumers very soon. Now Ashley is requesting that we remove our review. This makes us wonder how many other patients may have been pressured into removing their honest reviews as well. read more

I will say the Doctor Wassef himself great. I am afraid of dentist he made me feel more comfortable. However the experience after him went all down hill the finance lady Ashley set me up for financing yet after the nurse getting an impression three times and it still failed took me back to being afraid again. She dropped the first one the second cracked then fell then she turn to order tacos then the one she put in felt uncomfortable yet after 45 mins i could not take any more the tooth was uncomfortable I had to try to bear it waiting the three weeks for crown. I could not eat properly nor chew with hitting the tooth to make it worst the tooth fell out i called no one could help me on a friday weekend closed . I had to work with no tooth in the front of my mouth and I am in customer service embarrassing and a family function Saturday no smiles for me. I went Monday Ashley smaller young lady with ponytail awesome, She fixed the broken tooth now I wait. Ashley in financing horrible service. I had to come back again to get my crown. Ashley better be a nurse she came in to take out my temp couldn't. Dr. came in after 22 min got it out. Now the crown if it don't fit why keep forcing. The Dr. forced the crown in so hard to try to get it to fit it got stuck he pushed it so hard in the space he could not get it out i am devastated at this time just let me out. He then had to crack it out my mouth with a drill i am at wits end the scared part comes back to why i do not like the dentist. They never did another impression I had to get the impression pink stuff in to get the tooth out did not work and put the old temp back in. I got out and started to cry because this is just not right. I did not feel comfortable anymore. My appointment day to get another impression i had to take off work again was cancelled so i never got another impression. I told them at that time i was going to another Dr just let me know what i owed when I say she did not call after two text and two calls to the office stating she was busy but she would call no call. After i said i do not want to proceed. Ashley started financing for me with company called Cherry when i first started for treatment. I said i do not want the financing tell me what i owe she stated nothing. My insurance company stated there end was paid to Glenwood. Now Cherry co says they only paid back partial WHATTTTT i called Ashley she saying for there lab. If you messed up it was stopped before you proceeded again what are you trying to charge me . When i spoke with Ashley she is very unprofessional talking over me my voice went loud when hers did she stated if i did not lower my voice she would disconnect the call rightly so but let me get out what I needed to have addressed I had her on speaker so my party that was here heard her So another route has to be taken. I am in the process of full mouth dental implant surgery at Glenwood Premier Dental with Dr. Wassef, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The procedure has been completely pain-free, thanks to Dr. Wassef's expertise and the care provided by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease knowing I was in capable hands. Only reason they're getting one star is because they took me 'next day' ( empty 95 degree waiting room showed why they could) with emergency ( that never got addressed!). Went there for a simple exchange from a TEMPORARY denture/bridge prosthesis put in place after dental implant surgery overseas . Unfortunately the temp cracked/split 2 days later and needed someone local to help me out. Simple right? Well after waiting 45 mins after appt time ( mind you,, you will fill out 7 pages on forms and almost everyone page informs YOU the patient to be on time of forfeit your appointment) and listening to Wassermn go on about his 30 years of experience he orders a whole array of exrays. Apparently the 11 I got 3 days prior were on a different software ( which is Bs because I had them downloaded neatly on my site to view!!). He finally strolls in and begins a whole sales pitch on why I should finish implants with him and order a whole new elaborate temp with him to replace. When I informed him ( again) that I brought the replacement temp my over seas surgeon over nighted he was visibly disappointed. NOW with this turn of events he 'claimed' he didn't want to be responsible for removing broken temp ( that was now very uncomfortable) and not being able to put (SAME) one back in?!!!- huh??!!. Apparently there wasn't an issue if I was to buy his?! He goes on with his sales pitch of how much he can give me a break on finishing future implant work totally glossing over what I came there for!!! I got up from chair and asked for my paperwork back. This is one patient who refuses to help put his sons thru college! The next day I found another dental studio ( tho they were a complete ripoff) that charged me $500 for a 7 minute procedure! There are many , many people now taking their business overseas for actually better service and at 75% cheaper costs ( and to avoid these popular'maintenance programs these dental studios create for you here!!) read more

Who likes going to the dentist? Definitely not me but this old dog is actually learning a new trick. From Alexa at the front desk to Erika the Hygienist and Dr. Mark Wassef I couldn't find one thing to complain about. Greeted like a friend when you walk in your visit here should leave you smiling no pun intended. State of the art Dentistry with a human touch is the easiest way to describe this place. There motto "The Ultimate Patient Experience" must be instilled in all of there employees. Every person that works there that I have either crossed paths with or had the experience of talking to made me feel at ease and like I was talking to old friends. Alexa is very warm greeting and shows genuine concern. What a good way to start your visit. Next are the assistants, sorry ladies I forgot your names but you both know who you are, are very nice and will make you feel comfortable. Dr. Wassef has got to be the friendliest dentist and most talented dentist I've ever met. Very proficient and doesn't settle for ok. And last but definitely not the least is Erika. Excellent at cleaning and dental care and really knows how to do her job with speed, accuracy and compassion. So in general I'm so impressed with this dentist and his staff that I and my daughters come here and would highly recommend anyone who doesn't like dentists to give Glenwood Premier Dentistry a shot. read more

The intake paperwork has a form that basically says that if you agree to the "estimate" you have to pay wether you have any work done there or not... and that's before you ever get in the chair. CRAZY! Ok... so I didn't sign that and went in for my check up and cleaning. Friendly staff took my X-rays and I wanted to meet the dentist. Extremely nice guy. So, I need a couple of things done - no big deal. Next, the office girl comes in to show you what it's gonna cost. They put a few cosmetic options on the estimate that we were able to strike off right away. A close look at the papers show both fillings have "extra charges" that my insurance won't cover but the dentist insists on. Ok... I'll buy that I guess. Whatever. So now they want me to sign the papers and I say that I'm here for a cleaning also. But they won't do the cleaning without me signing the agreement to do all the work there. What???? No thanks. They used $400 of my $2000 for that calendar year for this "dentist evaluation and consultation". The X-rays were covered as part of my preventive care. They did nothing except try to get me to sign up for a care credit card and charge my insurance for nothing. Don't worry Doc... I have a care credit card.... for emergencies.. for my DOG... Nice staff I took my kids hear about 2 weeks ago I have the dental plan that IN OR OUT OF NETWORK THEY PAY 100% always call your insurance & get facts on what is covered my coverage covers everything except braces for adults they checked my daughters teeth & told me that she had 3 cavities I had to come back so when I was leaving the lady @ the desk tells me I have a $65 co-pay I told her for what,she said for a solution that was put on her teeth to prevent cavities doctor offices try to get extra money from the patient I was told that in or out of network insurances pay the same amount the extra charges is the doctor who wants more money it's not fair that if you know your charging for something you let the patient know in advance they told me that the doctor would do a 1 time courtesy credit Doctors who gets over loose patients then charge what your supposed to charge & have Long Jevity with a patient.That BEING SAID THAT WAS MY FIRST & LAST Appointment!!!!! read more

Just moved into the area and had my first cleaning at Glenwood with Dr. Wassef. Alexa greeted me with a big smile. The Dental Hygienst, Erica was not only friendly and efficient but had great bedside manner. Modern, clean office with tv's in every room. I was in and out with no wait time. My teeth were a wreck before going to Dr. Wassef! I was referred to premier dental almost 2 years ago ... I had cavities, old fillings that didn't hold up & an implant that needed to be done due to not having a secondary tooth in one spot. They did all the work and put me on an affordable payment plan. They never took the easy way out and made my teeth look great & feel great again! I was never in extreme pain even after oral surgery with them like I had been at other dentists. I than had my teeth whitened & put varnish to eliminate cavities( which I haven't had since)!
