They have a huge inventory of both new and used vehicle so it was nice to describe to the dot what I wanted to the salesmen and he found one on the lot matching. Only experienced service once but it was good. Truck was there for half a day so they offered me transportation to where I needed. Parts department was quite busy the few times I went there but they always managed to get me what I needed in a timely manner. Will certainly consider them when it's time to switch vehicle again.

If you do choose to come here, read the fine print and don't sign anything you don't clearly understand. Every version of every contract they brought out during the sale had some kind of hidden fees, some of which the sales staff weren't able to explain when pressed. I opted to give them another chance today, telling myself that it was just inexperienced sales staff. Nope! Hidden fees for maintenance. Brought the car in, was shown a price, given the breakdown, and then asked to sign something. There was an extra 50$ if fees hidden in the fine print. Dishonest. Don't buy a vehicle here. Go to Fredericton, go to Miramichi, go anywhere else. If you did buy a vehicle here, don't take it back for service. Go anywhere else. It's not worth the frustration and the insult of dishonesty.

As far as the sales manager who was really the one making the deal that is another story as he was very dishonest to me. When I asked how much interest there would be on short term financing he said 20 or 30 dollars and when I questioned him again and asked him are you sure it won't be 300 or 400 he said no no.Well after I signed everything and got home and started to number crunch it didn't seem right so when I went back in a couple days to see finance she told me it would be over $300. I am still not sure to this day exactly what it will be. That is my own fault for signing without having all the numbers and trusting a sales manager which is something nobody should do no matter how smooth or charming he may seem. After all it all about making the deal happen right now and nothing more to them!
