I've been living in the other half of her double as I repair my home. I've been using these windows while I've been here almost a year. I had 4 companies come out and quote me for the 4 identical windows I needed in the rear of my home. Window World was the best fit for me. I like the lifetime , transferrable warranty. I had an issue with one of the windows and WW handled it like they said they would. My installers were very respectful of my home and did a FANTASTIC job on my home. They left our house a mess and did not complete the job properly. There was no quality control and acadian was resistant to come inspect their own work to be completed. The project in all took 5 months to complete when it was promised it would take 2 months due to Acadian "losing a window" further delaying other elements of our renovation. There was no apology or effort by acadian to make the delay or efforts right. I highly recommend a different contractor for your windows.
