I have had problems with this company, their caregivers and the lack of communication since the…read morebeginning. I've had caregivers not show up to shifts and then the office telling me sorry, they're short staffed. Not my problem. I've had caregivers falsifying their hours, sleeping during their shifts, being on their personal phones all day, bringing their homework and being on their laptop all day, showing up in shorts, t-shirts and thong sandals, borrowing my medication and complaining about my puppy leaving bruises after they have decided to play with her and getting her excited about getting to fetch her stuffy or her ball. I have explained to the caregivers that if they don't want the puppy bothering them then to put my walker ir front of them. The office has asked me if I can keep her in her crate when the caregivers are here, which is 7 hours a day. This is a ridiculous ask by any means, but 7 hours a day to keep a 9 month old high-energy puppy locked up is just CRUEL!! The office also is horrible when it comes to communication. I've had strangers show up at my door walking into my house, telling me they're my new caregiver. Today they said the caregiver complained about the bruises she got, again, after she played with her and they could not send any other caregivers out and I will have to find another agency. I have a broken neck!!! I can't believe that their caregivers are allowed the behavior they display or that they would just leave an elderly, disabled person with no care!! This is not a company that I would recommend!!!

We used this one caregiver from Caring Senior's service for 2 years. She was very good until she…read morebecame unhappy with life. In the two years we had her, caring seniors went through administrative managers and CNA staff like I change underwear. They never let caregivers take vacation and the care givers they first sent to us smelled like cigarettes and just sat there. One lady told me not to turn my alarm on because she likes to go get fresh air in the middle of the night. She wanted a smoke. This doesn't flow over here. Once we are on for night we all are My advice to you If you want proper and good care, I would go anywhere else. They can't meet payroll and the make a lot of mistakes on billing invoice. Once can't go wrong with Palliative care at Hospice of the Valley. You pay a few dollar but it is worth! If u could give Caring Seniors anything lower than zero, !
