I submitted a request on their website at 12:45. Got a call at 1:30, had my test same day at 2:45 and had my negative result at 3:00pm. They do the rapid and the traditional test. It's not fun cause your getting your nose swabbed twice but hey I have a 8 week old baby and I would rather not get her sick if I was positive. I also got to remain in my car at all times. His quality of life declined and the DR (?) reduced his medication. The last month's of his life were he'll because of this. My father who could out work us all before the surgery was stuck at home. He was in too much pain to take a plane to visit family for the holidays. Too much pain to go shopping. This place is a joke. There is no caring for the patients. I am always seen in a timely manner, which I find refreshing. Dr. Hogan has performed 3 procedures total on my lower back and cervical spine and I am happy to say I am seeing wonderful results. I am not yet pain free but the pain has been greatly reduced. I have never had problems making appointments and I am pleased when I get call backs asking how I feel after each procedure. Hmm, after being on Percocet for over 10 years, he reduced me to Vicodin and was going to ween me off completely. The big problem with that is that I needed those stronger pills. He offered NO solution, No substitute! Since that time I've had 2 more fusions and the botched first surgery still alters my life. Thank God that when I moved to Kingman (most specialist are horrible there), I found a great pain doctor. I would love to have the Intracept Ablation, which would probably end my 16 year chronic pain issue, but no one wants to take the metal out of my lower back to solve my problem. Anyway, I am back in Phoenix and I would travel back up to Kingman before using Arizona Pain. I understand the bureaucrats are squeezing doctors on giving out opiates, but when they take it away from someone who needs it and tried all the other options other than the ablation, meanwhile a woman walked out with me and called people from the front of their building asking people how many pain pills they wanted to buy from her really pissed me off.

You want me to sit in your waiting room, because you are overbooked and trying to hit production numbers and insurance billing numbers. I still work hard and provide top notch service to my customers, and I respect their time as part of my business model.
