We sometimes even do fun games, like this time we each went out and found 3 books we were interested in and then had the other person pick just one for us to buy and read. It was a fun time. One guy was putting back books near the front, one guy was the cashier, the line got to 5 or 6 people and weirdly the guy restocking never came over to help check people out. It is the one issue I have with this location, I don't know if others have this issue. I get with one or two people but when the line gets to 6 or more and you can CLEARLY see it from where you are stocking books just help. Anyway it was a quick visit, the cashier was friendly.

They do have a good supply of books at the front of the store. There was a set up for gamers in the back of the store. There is a cool incentive to buy books here where you can earn points when you buy something that can add up to $5 off your next purchase. Neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. I'd come back here.

Used to be able to find some out of print treasures, for reasonable prices, but they price them now at the upper range of the going market. Their business, and I understand it, but I know they buy used books pennies on the dollar. eBay and Amazon can compete on pricing, and it just didn't used to be that way. I have picked up so many unique things here, from thoughtful gifts to one of a kind items for all kinds of occasions. My kids love coming along too and we always end up finding something special. The staff here make the experience even better. They are always so friendly and personable and often share little stories or moments that make the visit feel warm and personal. When I stepped through the door, I discovered that it was the tiniest Goodwill I've ever ever set foot into. The square footage of the place would equal a large efficiency apartment. I have to admit for such a small place they did have some choice items on the shelves of better quality than your average Goodwill. This is also the only Goodwill I've ever seen where the majority of the floor was not actually given over to clothing. As a matter of fact, there were no clothing racks whatsoever. I like the Round Rock location because they have plenty of handicap parking spaces and nice wide aisles, which makes getting around so much easier in my wheelchair.
