This place is worse than pathetic! My mom has been there for some time now, and some of the employees are great; others are not. Several times the caretakers have been agency employees hired to fill vacant spots. Many of the better employees have and are leaving, and I can't really blame them. This place is managed and run so poorly I can't even begin to describe. My elderly mother is recovering from a broken back, and was injured while going through their physical therapy and now has a fracture in her leg. Inexcusable! Our family has not even been able to get an incident report because they keep delaying. No offer of restitution for extended care; nothing! For the sake of your loved one, DO NOT even consider using this place! read more

My wife was there in November 1925 approx 1wk for physical therapy they were awesome but the nursing care was pitiful they were very slow in responding to her request or answering when she needed help some were rude some just didn't want to do there job !. read more

Don't allow your loved one to be sent here! The facility looks really nice but the care is pitiful. The nurses don't want to be questioned and are rude. Dr. M. called me to tell me he had seen my father and would be would be back since he had just been transferred from the hospital for Congestive Heart Failure, leaky heart valve, poor kidney function, and 6 weeks of diarrhea from a bacteria. (So my father was very sick.) The Dr. never came back to see him. They discharged him and never sent the paperwork to the continuing care people. They didn't call in his medications to the pharmacy so he ran out of Lasiks which is vital for CGF. Then the Director of nursing told my brother he didn't love his dad because he wasn't willing to call the PCP for the medications. My brother was a Social Worker for 12 years and knows whose responsible for that, it was them! My brother did end up getting him the medications through calling the hospital. So again they didn't do their job. Please complain about this center if you have experienced them. They are part of Baylor Scott & White's approved vendors and they need to not be fed patients when this is the care being given. This facility is a nightmare if you love your loved one! Who cares about how clean and pretty it is if they can't get taken care of well?! read more

This building is terrible... management does not care about anyone. The lady in charge of admissions is highly questionable to why she is there. She was very rude and obnoxious when we first came in to see my dad. The floor staff is even worse, place needs to be shut down. The corporation itself is no good at all. This facility needs to be shut down. The staff was rude. They left my family member wet for hours instead of helping her to the bathroom. They didn't want to transfer her to the hospital. She was there for rehab and didn't receive it. One of the nurses wanted to argue with me about whether or not the EMT would transport her to the hospital of our choosing. This one of the worst places I have experienced. read more

This is the worst nursing home I've ever seen and I've worked in several. The staff is abusive to patients. I know because I have a family member there. She is left in her room for hours soiled and needing help. They tell her they'll be down to help her and it is several hours later before they come. They are also verbally abusive. They took the batteries out of her personal phone. read more

Beautiful and clean facility. Never smells like urine or what you'd expect from a nursing home. The staff is friendly and helpful.
