I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The truck was supposedly subjected to a "full 180-point inspection," covering critical components like the engine, transmission, suspension, and exhaust system. However, shortly after purchase, I noticed significant transmission issues, including harsh shifting, which should have been caught during this inspection. I was later advised that the issue stems from engine oil leaks caused by the VCT solenoid seals, a problem that's well-known with this model. These issues should have been identified before selling me the truck. To make matters worse, I was never informed about the low tire tread (4/32), and now I've been advised I need new tires soon. The dealership should have flagged this during their supposed "full inspection." Additionally, my husband was double-charged $6,000 for an extended warranty on his truck, and it took us weeks to get a hold of anyone at the dealership to resolve the issue. It was an incredibly stressful process that shouldn't have happened. But the most concerning part? His truck also had a loose steering wheel, a safety hazard that almost caused a serious accident on the highway. This issue was never flagged during the supposed inspection either. After hearing about the truck's "thorough inspection," it's hard to believe no one noticed these major safety issues. To add to my frustration, I took my truck to another dealership for maintenance and was informed that I need to consent to a transmission overhaul just to have techs take pictures of the transmission when it's taken apart and send them to the warranty provider for approval of the repair cost. If the repair cost is not approved, I'll still be left with a $1,900 bill just to put the transmission back together. If the overhaul is not approved, I'll face a $10,000 cost for the transmission repair, despite the issue stemming from the VCT solenoid seals, a problem that should have been caught in the inspection. I feel deceived, especially considering the dealership assured us that the trucks had undergone thorough inspections. These problems, especially the safety hazard in my husband's truck and the transmission issue in mine, should have been identified and addressed before selling us these vehicles. We trusted this dealership to be upfront and transparent, but instead, we've been left dealing with costly repairs and severe safety concerns. For a dealership that claims to provide quality inspections, the oversight of such major issues is inexcusable.

Be weary of this dealer the workmanship of their mechanic is pretty shoddy. They are leaving wiring…read moreplugs between the cab and frame so they get pinched instead of putting the connector back in its bracket. The lock clips were removed and never reinstalled. They are also leaving wiring laying against the exhaust pipe so it melts. The mechanic broke parts and never replaced them, I asked gor the cover that was supposed to be installed covering the exposed wires that plug into the module, after some time they gave me one that was broken. I talked to the service manager about the way the wires ect was done and he told me pretty much to F Off it seams like they are making sure you are a repeat customer. As a result I called Airdrie Dodge to get a new part as I wanted to support my local businesses In Airdrie and the guy in the parts department told me that there was no part like I described and to take my business elsewhere. After calling around to different dealers I was able to locate the part at Varsity Chrysler and had the guys at the lube centre to go pick it up. Every time I goto this dealership I am told they don't have the parts and to go elsewhere. I will never buy anything from them again. So much for supporting local business.

We went to a few other dealerships in the area, and none offered a better experience. Pricing was upfront, and there was no haggling or negotiating, which I always hated when buying a vehicle. When OBVIOUSLY I'M BEING AFFECTED by the problem that they are supposed to fix because my windshield wipers are broken in the exact way that is listed. Also when I came in to get another recall done a couple of months ago they found a problem and quoted me $2500 - $4000 to fix it. When I took it to a different mechanic to get the problem fixed it ended up costing me $600. I will never give them another penny.

Well Scenic View Motors got me in right away for to take a look. After hours drop off was simple and secure. As promised they called me to explain & quote the repair. I was extremely impressed by the service and honesty all the way through the process. The repair was under $200 for the custom exhaust repair that too care of the noises. They also recommended a tune up & had it completed as promised. The entire repair was under $400. I highly recommendation this amazing family run local business!!

I took a car in because of starting problems. I assumed it was the remote starter causing the issues but was told the neutral safety switch went. And, the price is $448 plus an hour to install. Gasp! How much??!! I can buy the part online for about $150. The car has now been in the shop for 6 days but since they DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS, it has only been looked at a few times. I found out that they have not dedicated a tech to it, but have rather used the tech sparingly between other jobs. Not cool guys. Not cool at all. That's a poor business model. I won't be going back there once (or maybe i should use the word IF) they ever get my car done.

The sales associate, Sahil Shaikh, initially demanded a credit card and refused the test drive. This requirement was not explained properly and felt unreasonable. We then asked for the manager's permission. After the manager's approval, we were informed that a credit card was NOT actually required for the test drive. Despite this, Mr. Sahil Shaikh continued to behave rudely and was unprofessional in his communication. Because of his attitude, we decided not to proceed with the test drive at all. We are already Honda customers (purchased a Honda Civic Hybrid from T&T Honda in March 2026), so we expected a better and more respectful experience. Overall, very poor customer handling from the sales associate. Not recommended based on this experience.

I tried so many dealerships within 150 km radius of Calgary. This shop was heads above the rest. I was treated with respect, thoughtfulness, and kindness every time I stepped through the door. The showroom is clean, open, and welcoming. (Even the washrooms are clean and nice.) It doesn't feel like an after-thought, rundown hole with too-loud dance-party music like so many others. I was shown valid and truthful documents and carfaxes (again, not like some others). They spoke honestly about each vehicle I examined. They were patient with my needs and never made me feel like a bother. They worked as a team for me and by the time I finally found my vehicle, the whole team made it feel special like a celebration. I watched them do this with every customer. Each vehicle is detailed like a new vehicle and presented to the new owners indoors like an event. I felt like these people were my friends when we were done...but I actually simply purchased a used SUV from a group of people dedicated to offering a good experience to their customers.
