I have been to the Norwood Location and Norfolk depending on the issue and always been very satisfied. The front desk staff are always all smiles and do great with the booking and the staff that tends you is always so very kind, professional and caring. This Business always seems to hire the more experience and talented people. If you need help with getting well or just getting rid of the aches and pains, you should try this place of business. They have great hours, very clean at both locations Norwood and Norfolk. I am very happy with my experience here always.

The location is 2 minutes from my home, they have lots of parking and the people there are very nice. They wear masks still which I like that they are still cautious with covid. The minor things that make it 4 stars for me instead of 5: they tend to get busy at times so 1 therapist may have 3 patients. They still do their best to pay attention to you but there may be times where you will not have anything to do for a minute or two. However their sessions are 1 hour long compared to many places that are 30 minutes and the 30 minutes includes the time you spend there to schedule your next appointment so in essence you are getting 25 minutes at other places. Here the scheduling is done after your 1 hour session. Also their appointment reminder is an email just 24 hours before your appointment, where I would like it to be a week before. Ideal is places that have a week reminder and a patient portal where you can login and check your appointments. Having several doctors I have to visit each month, I've come to realize that, that is one of the best features for medical facilities. Overall a good place to go of you need physical therapy.

My sister was transferred here by a Case Manager at Beth Israel Deaconess in Needham. She did not…read moreallow for my sister to make an informed decision about her discharge placement violating her patient rights so, she ended up at Ellis. Upon entering she noticed what appeared to be possibly black mold on ceiling. When I asked staff via phone about it they said they could not see it (see pics attached)- They gave her another room. Hair stuck to wall in shower, a white medium size canister labeled "mouse Trap" in shower, wallpaper falling off and stained underneath, water stains on ceiling, Bathroom commode with rust and whatever else was on it. When my other sister pointed these out to administrator, he said he was not aware. Safety checks and environmental checks are a part of any healthcare facility. It is his job to know. Then the maintenance man came out to glue the wall paper back on the wall. My sister was transferred there post-op for physical therapy. It is a major health concern and risk of infection to be admitted there. I am appalled that Dept. of Public Health Licenses them. There is no way they would have passed an inspection. Filthy, unfit, risk of infection facility. I am sad that some people do not have anyone to advocate for them. NOTE:If your loved one is leaving a hospital, ask the case manager and/or discharge planner for a list of places that are covered by their insurance so you can at least research if they are a good place for your loved one. Also Some Medicare plans are now covering community Health Workers to assist you and advocate for you. Please see pics below and Beware of this facility-It does not deserve 1 star
