I have been to the Norwood Location and Norfolk depending on the issue and always been very satisfied. The front desk staff are always all smiles and do great with the booking and the staff that tends you is always so very kind, professional and caring. This Business always seems to hire the more experience and talented people. If you need help with getting well or just getting rid of the aches and pains, you should try this place of business. They have great hours, very clean at both locations Norwood and Norfolk. I am very happy with my experience here always.

Very attentive to your needs. My surgeon was very impressed with the progress I have made with this facility. J.P. is a great therapist and a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and he explains why we are doing the exercises and what muscles etc they are helping. I highly recommend this facility for any therapy needs and I will definitely be going back next year after my other knee is replaced.

The location is 2 minutes from my home, they have lots of parking and the people there are very nice. They wear masks still which I like that they are still cautious with covid. The minor things that make it 4 stars for me instead of 5: they tend to get busy at times so 1 therapist may have 3 patients. They still do their best to pay attention to you but there may be times where you will not have anything to do for a minute or two. However their sessions are 1 hour long compared to many places that are 30 minutes and the 30 minutes includes the time you spend there to schedule your next appointment so in essence you are getting 25 minutes at other places. Here the scheduling is done after your 1 hour session. Also their appointment reminder is an email just 24 hours before your appointment, where I would like it to be a week before. Ideal is places that have a week reminder and a patient portal where you can login and check your appointments. Having several doctors I have to visit each month, I've come to realize that, that is one of the best features for medical facilities. Overall a good place to go of you need physical therapy.

My husband was having a civilized conversation with a fellow member the day after the presidential election when suddenly the director of the fitness center broke in uninvited and launched into an unprovoked verbal attack based on false assumptions about his political views. After staying away for a year and a half, we recently considered rejoining because of a health need for specific classes that are not available elsewhwere. However, the management refused to speak to their employee about his bullying behavior or to mediate in any way. I would not recommend this club to anyone who expects to feel safe and respected.

I cannot recommend them highly enough! Katie, Mike, and the rest of the staff were amazing. The office and facilities were always extremely clean. They had lots of different equipment and exercise stations for me to receive lots of different treatment. They did a great job adjusting my treatment as my recovery moved along. After following their detailed program for many months, I was able to fully recover and my surgeon cleared me to resume all my prior activities.
