The therapists at this location at 209 Patewood with St. Francis Therapy were the cream of the crop…read morephysical therapists you'll EVER find! They deeply cared about your physical, emotional and mental well being and gave you the best of care, not sending you on your way til they were fully satisfied you received what was needed that day. They weren't just your physical therapists but they treated their patients like family! You were never just a number or a face but someone that was treated with upmost care, value and importance. Matt, the supervisor and head physical therapist, knew how to not only run a most professional, safe and friendly welcoming environment but was also most gifted in his incredible knowledge and ability to implement that knowledge to motivate and encourage you towards your rehab and recovery. He truly cares about his patients and it showed! You could also see how much the other therapists loved working for him and admired his leadership skills. His wisdom and experience were most valuable as he coordinated with his very special and gifted team (Lisa, Elizabeth, Daniel & Lauren) to use their expertise with a patient when needed for specific areas of the body. Lisa, for example, is the best of the best expert when it comes to the back using her knowledge and experience to bring about healing, improvement and strength to the back. She implemented dry needling for many of her patients with great carefulness and precision. She is truly one of the kindest most caring physical therapists you'll ever meet! I cannot speak highly enough about this physical therapy team after having seen them almost 5 years for two different and complicated shoulder surgeries. They worked well together and Matt utilized each of their giftings to give you the best of care needed. It was most helpful that their team worked in conjunction with Dr. Posta in the same building who is second to none of all Orthopaedic surgeons. Dr. Posta is the best of the best and I wouldn't see any other ortho surgeon but him! Seeing both the therapy team and Dr. Posta in the same building made it extremely convenient as a one stop shop (so-to-speak) in addition to being located across the street from St. Francis Eastside. I received EXCELLENT care from these very gifted therapists and truly wish they were not broken up as a team and relocated elsewhere. What a HUGE HUGE mistake!!! You won't find a better team than Dr. Posta and these group of St Francis therapists that worked in conjunction with him. I TRULY hope St. Francis reconsiders their very unwise and shortsighted decision to break up the best team! Instead, I hope they relocate them BACK to 209 Patewood Dr. It was so convenient and I couldn't have asked for better care from both Dr. Posta as well as Matt and his gifted team of specialized therapists!!! ST. FRANCIS, BRING THEM BACK! BRING THEM BACK!

If only I could give more than 5 stars! I started working with Kat Orr for motion sickness - 10…read moreminutes in a car if I wasn't driving got me feeling very nauseous. I was also experiencing long term post concussion symptoms from about a year and a half prior. The initial phone call was thorough to start. Dr. Kat is very knowledgeable! After 6 sessions, my symptoms are virtually GONE! I sat in the backseat of an hour long car ride after about 4 sessions and was fine. Before we started, reading a book in bed with the ceiling fan on was nauseating; I had to turn the fan off. Sitting in the front seat of someone's car made me very unwell-nauseous and dizzy. This week I was able to read with the ceiling fan on! These things we may not realize are not healthy - something is off. Rebalancing the inner ear is exactly what I needed and I've made HUGE improvements these past few months! She also did dry needling for my neck and got those knots cleared out! HIGHLY recommend!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I am 28 - young and healthy. I came in for pain in my…read moreshoulder and back. I was pretty sure it was caused from working at my desk. anyway - I went to the appointment and the PT spent 75% of the time asking incredibly time wasting questions (what are your long term goals, what does successful PT look like to you, etc etc. literally ON AND ON.) By the time I even got onto the table the hour was almost up. The PT proceeded to perform some VERY basic strength tests and brilliantly concluded that I was weak in my upper body and my arm could not support the movement of my mouse all day. I basically already knew this. weird side note- when he showed me the diagram of my muscles on the iPad he sat WAY too close to me. It was honestly super weird and unprofessional. I thought then that he would give me some strengthening exercises and discuss proper desk ergonomics. No. This is where it gets so bad y'all. This guy really tried to get a perfectly healthy 28 year old to pay $400 for a full body scan and then 2500-5000 for treatment. To me this is malpractice. They should take these guys licenses away. I went home and googled exercises for upper body pain due to desk job. Its been about three weeks and I am feeling way better working out on my own. Also rearranged the desk set up - which, by the way, he never mentioned could be an issue. This practice is a bunch of crooks. I've been to amazing PTs in the past and they always offer up education. they teach you about your body so you don't have to rely on them. PT should be empowering. this is a business pure and simple. don't let them get you. save you 5k and go elsewhere. terrible place. terrible experience.
