I called to speak with someone about this and was told that the balance increased due to a pending charge from a session I had 7 months ago. I was told that patients are encouraged to hold off paying my bill until all charges were posted and the balance was final. I had no indication that there were even pending charges. I'm frustrated with how this was handled and how there was zero communication about a pending charge.

We booked a 5-session package in eager anticipation as my best friend had a wonderful experience with Myofascial release therapy in Texas, Nebraska, and Virginia. We knew that therapy would take time and need multiple sessions to be effective. We purchased the package and then discovered that Judy would be unavailable for a week as she was out of town. Then we were out of town for two weeks after her return (we travel about 15 days every month for business). When we returned, we discovered that Judy does not work Mondays or Tuesdays - our two best days to schedule appointments (which was not disclosed when purchasing the package). At this point we had lost 4 weeks on a 60 days package and been unable to schedule even the first appointment. We had great difficulty scheduling with Judy and she provided no accommodations or exceptions even though her limited availability prevented us from scheduling on our free days. We were only able to schedule two of the five sessions in the next month and she refused to give a refund or extend the expiration date. It was an awful experience with horrible customer service, and no results. We feel that as she had already been paid in advance, there was no motivation for her working with us to schedule the appointments or provide good service. We cannot recommend her to anyone and would caution purchasing any of her packages. We will be contacting local and state Chamber of Commerces, the Better Business Bureau, and her certification organization.
