We not only cannot recommend JPG, we would strongly caution against using them. In spite of planning together with the photographer and being clear about our intentions not to photograph the prep, we had to wait for them to set up after we were long ready. The 14 weeks from event to actual pictures were astonishing. Even more so after getting them and seeing just how little thought and effort went into their editing and "organization". Also - be prepared to be referred to your contract repeatedly. They will hold it up anytime you ask for something.

We worked together to come up with a price/package that met our needs and chose Matt Bender as our primary photographer. Our engagement session gave us a chance to get to know Matt and for him to know us. When the big day came, we felt very comfortable with him and he (along with 2 other photographers) did a great job managing our family and bridal party for group shots. Many guests commented that our photographers were awesome throughout the evening. This skill should not be overlooked when you are evaluating a wedding photographer! In the end, we were thrilled with the quality and variety of pictures. The photo journalistic style captured the true essence of the day and there were a lot of really fun shots. To top it off, all of JPG's wedding packages include a DVD or thumb drive of high-res images with personal use rights - which means you have full flexibility when it comes to albums and prints. Bottom line: JPG brought the style, quality, and personality we were looking for at a competitive price. I called OK Video and Tricia was wonderful and assured me they would try and fix the vhs tape and have everything ready and copied in the next week or so. When I walked in Tricia greeted me with a smile, looked at the tape and said it probably won't be a problem. I got a call a few days later that it was all fixed and copies were made. They not only charged less than they told me, but gave me a discount as well. They were accommodating, professional, and went over and beyond in my opinion. When I asked the gentleman that fixed it how bad it was, he said it just needed to be put in a new tape. It was not that bad and it only cost $15 to replace the vhs tape. I am so thankful that after my Father passed away, that I can share this gift of his video with my siblings this Christmas. In 2011, I had the opportunity to work with Justin on a high end wedding in West Chester. It was honestly a huge shock to me. This man was prepared, non-obstructive, non blinding and was using great gear. Even better was that he was professional, fun, and friendly and extremely easy to work with. Justin and I networked a lot together over the last 7 years and it was apparent that his qualities were also reflected by his staff. When it came time for my own wedding and it was decided that we were going to have a videographer, this was an easy choice for my wife and I. Even though we wanted Justin personally, we were a little too late but luckily his staff was available. I had worked with them before and had no worries especially after we discussed what we were looking for. The day of the wedding, my videographer team was on time, friendly and helpful. We cooperated with them in getting the footage they needed and they made their job seem effortless at the wedding. They did not interfere with guests, they did their thing, and the end product was great. It was not long before a trailer was made available and turn around time on the actual video was quick. Sadly, we had to delete some scenes from our video as we had wedding crashers but Justin and his staff made quick work of that fix. The wedding industry is truly an industry where you get what you pay for and these guys are on point and top of the game. Work with them and your memories will be preserved for a lifetime. The best part of watching the end product is seeing how much you missed on your wedding day as it's so hectic. My family and I were smiling and laughing the whole time!
