They were highly communicative. My installers worked tirelessly. They pointed out errors the former fence installer had made that reduced the strength of the fence. They reset and replaced the metal poles so it was done correctly. They cleaned up thoroughly and hauled away the old fence. Invoicing was electronic and offered options for type of transaction The new fence is soooo beautiful. And it smells fabulous, too. Nothing like new cedar. I highly recommend them.

Roberto and crew are awesome at quoting just what you need, and letting the homeowner make the decision on what to include in the final bid. Once you get your quote emailed, you can select it via the link and they will send you an email and text with scheduling times. They take the rain into account to ensure the work gets done without interference. I had a shared neighbor fence with rotting posts and they quoted 5 poles and any fixes to slats as needed. The quote included metal posts and wood, we chose metal for longevity. The installers put in cement to lock them in for good. Pinar also split the quote with my neighbor and sent us separate invoices. They finished the work in 2 days, only because my neighbor had them complete a new gate as well, which I just had them do as well. They can do it all when it comes to fence work, they are on time, polite, quiet, and clean up after the job is done. All removal is included in the pricing. No surprises on the bill. I will be having them come out and just finish out the rest of my posts to metal, to match the neighborhood fence, which started with metal anyways.

He was friendly, professional, and informative. He showed up the same day, at the time he said he would and measured my fence and yard. His transparency with the bidding and game plan process was seamless and honest. Look I'm a professional. And dealing with builders sometimes can be frustrating. Vision gave me a a great Cedar fence, and cleaned up after themselves. Fence looks great! Thank you Turner and the Vision team!

I would not recommend Vision Fencing Austin based on my experience…read more What should have been a straightforward fence project turned into a lengthy situation involving incomplete work, installation concerns, property damage, additional out-of-pocket expenses, and ultimately a billing dispute. The most serious incident occurred on August 2, when the crew struck an underground water line while working on my fence. This is documented in my messages with the owner, Turner. While his crew was locating the break, Turner acknowledged what happened and specifically apologized that "we hit it." He told me his crew was going to Home Depot to purchase materials and that they would repair the line. The fencing crew then performed the water-line repair themselves. Turner sent me photographs of the repair and stated in writing that he had personally performed this type of repair himself and that a member of his crew was trained to do the same. This concerned me because repairing water-supply piping is regulated plumbing work in Texas. I was never provided documentation showing that the individuals performing the repair held the appropriate Texas plumbing license or registration, or that the repair was being performed under a Responsible Master Plumber. I am not claiming here that a licensing violation was ultimately determined by the state. I am describing exactly what happened and what documentation was, and was not, provided to me. Shortly after the water-line incident, I also discovered problems with my water-treatment equipment and immediately sent Turner photographs. Turner reviewed the photos and instructed me to place the system into bypass. I subsequently had a plumber come to the property at my own expense. I am not making a technical claim here about what ultimately caused the equipment damage, only documenting the sequence of events and the additional expenses I incurred following the water-line incident. I also questioned the utility-locate process. Turner later provided me with a Texas811 locate request. The document he provided shows it was taken May 12, 2026, gives a May 14, 2026 work date, and lists the job duration as one day. The water-line incident documented in our messages occurred on August 2, 2026. I have not been provided a newer or updated 811 ticket showing that the August excavation was covered by a current locate request. Turner told me the water line had not been marked and explained that private utilities may not be marked by 811. I understand there is a distinction between public and private utility locating. My concern is the overall handling of the excavation, the damage after the line was struck, and the subsequent repair. There were also concerns with the fence itself. Turner acknowledged in writing that portions of the fence needed additional reinforcement and that some brackets needed reinforcement because of movement I had identified. There is now also a dispute over the amount Vision Fencing claims is still owed and the credit associated with unused materials being returned. My understanding of what was agreed to differs from what is currently being demanded. I have retained the contract, invoices, texts, emails, photographs, videos, repair documentation, and recorded communications regarding the project. I made multiple attempts to resolve everything directly, but unfortunately we have been unable to reach a reasonable resolution. Based on my personal experience, I would not hire Vision Fencing Austin again. Anyone considering this company should document the exact scope of work, current utility-locate information, responsibility for property damage, who is authorized to perform repairs outside of normal fencing work, material costs, credits, and payment terms in writing before work begins.

The lines are straight, the welds are good, and it has three locking gates.... To top it off, it is all up to code! Kevin Rios showed up on time to provide us with their estimate. This was on the afternoon of March 27, 2026. He provided us with both the estimate and contract that same day. Kevin promised that he would have it done before Easter. They finished the project on Wednesday, April 1. 2026 which was way ahead of schedule and the price was right. My wife and I are both very pleased. Kevin and his brother consistently demonstrated exemplary manners and communication skills and were highly respectful of our property throughout every stage of the project. They carefully protected our newly installed Gray Lueder pavers and refinished pool deck during their work. Upon completion they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend their services and will use them again, once we are ready to replace our wooden privacy fence. It is refreshing to find someone to work with whose word is impeccable. Kevin's momma and daddy raised him right!
