Quote process After doing measurements, Melissa & I walked through what they offered, & quickly came up with a plan for our yard. Once we were done she had a quote to me before she left my driveway, then later followed up to check if I had any questions. Installation Absolutely lightning quick. Melissa & her crew showed up early to get started, I went to drop off my kids at school & they already had my old fence down before I got back (8am). It took them until about 11-11:30 & they were done installing our fence. I was shocked at how quick they worked & the fence looks great. Afterwards Melissa was back to do the inspection & make sure everything was looking good. Long story shorter is that Discount Fence knocked it out of the park at every stage, & what really pushed them over the edge was that they offered a warranty above & beyond anyone else. Juan constructed one is such a way that I could put my round mosaic tile in a welded pan with 20" legs. He knew exactly what I needed to do and he did it in 48 hours. The workmanship is fantastic and the final job was better than I expected. See the picture! it was a very good form fitting tabletop which will be used to deflect heat over a firepit. They were highly communicative. My installers worked tirelessly. They pointed out errors the former fence installer had made that reduced the strength of the fence. They reset and replaced the metal poles so it was done correctly. They cleaned up thoroughly and hauled away the old fence. Once you get your quote emailed, you can select it via the link and they will send you an email and text with scheduling times. They take the rain into account to ensure the work gets done without interference. I had a shared neighbor fence with rotting posts and they quoted 5 poles and any fixes to slats as needed. The quote included metal posts and wood, we chose metal for longevity. The installers put in cement to lock them in for good. Pinar also split the quote with my neighbor and sent us separate invoices. They finished the work in 2 days, only because my neighbor had them complete a new gate as well, which I just had them do as well. They can do it all when it comes to fence work, they are on time, polite, quiet, and clean up after the job is done. All removal is included in the pricing. No surprises on the bill. I will be having them come out and just finish out the rest of my posts to metal, to match the neighborhood fence, which started with metal anyways.

Jason would not return my many calls or text, so he would not honor the warranty. Come to find out 3 sides of my fence had no concrete poured in the metal posts. My fence was about to fall down! Who does that!?!?! Post were not set in concrete! He was quick to take my money but did not uphold his end of the contract and would not respond to me. I paid him 50% deposit and gave him professional drawings with dimensions to work off of. The quality of work was beyond unacceptable. The welds were spotty and not grinded. The cuts were not even remotely straight. The handles were not even. I told Logan this was not acceptable and if he can make just an open frame cart. He responded by requesting ANOTHER $500 plus $250 down and that "This is good quality". Requesting even more for a simplified frame is an absolute joke. We decided to just cut our losses with the deposit and just leave an honest review. Logan never responded.
