I'm writing this review for my overall experience dealing with Northwest Fence & Iron and not for the finished product. Everything went fairly smoothly up until the day of the installation of my iron fence surrounding my home. A few days prior to the scheduled installation, I asked the representative if there would be someone supervising the installation who speaks fluent English. He said there wouldn't be anyone supervising because his wife was scheduled to go into labor on that day. He reassured me there would be no issues and the workers would know EXACTLY what they needed to do. I reiterated to him how important it is they install the iron fence low enough to prevent my dog from digging a hole escaping. I reluctantly agreed to proceed with the installation based on his reassurances. The day of the installation, the workers showed up at my door and the first thing one of the workers did was hand me a cell ph and someone with Northwest told me, "Can you tell them where to install the fence" I told him I already went over all this with my rep and I do not feel confident communicating with workers who do not speak English. I ended the call and immediately called the rep and told him that someone needs to get down here and communicate everything we had already went over. The rep came down and told the workers where to install everything. I asked him who I should contact at the office if there is a problem and reminded him what he told me about the workers knowing exactly what they need to do. He responded by saying, "I thought it wasn't an issue to you that they don't speak English?" This was NOT what I stated and told him I only agreed to allow the installation to proceed because of his reassurance they would not need any additional guidance during the installation. Sure enough, after they got started prepping the ground and installing the fence, the gate was being installed too high, leaving a large gap at the bottom, and I tried to communicate this with the workers with no luck. I told the workers to stop completely and, at this point, I was really starting to lose my patience. I immediately called the Northwest office and told them the fence was being installed too high from the ground and how they needed to send someone over immediately or I would be sending the workers away for the day. They sent someone down about 30 minutes later and he communicated with the workers, the proper way to install the fence. I asked the supervisor to stick around to ensure there were no more issues. They 'completed' the installation and they had forgotten to attach adhesive to the caps on the fence posts as well as failing to install the latch on the side gate. They had to return two separate times, requiring me to take time out of my day to be here, to complete the gate lock installation and attach the caps properly. I also started finding pieces of sharp metal in my lawn they failed to clean up which posed a major safety hazard for our family and dog. All of this nonsense could have been avoided if the representative assigned to my project would have scheduled the installation at a time when he could have been present to supervise and inspect the work being done by the subcontractors they hired... read more

I needed a railing for my front steps for my aging Mom. NF&I was responsive in creating an accurate quote, asking questions, and making suggestions. I asked for a change the day before installation which they were able to accommodate and responded much more quickly than expected. The guys that arrived to do the work were incredibly kind and asked my Mom over and over for her approval. She is thrilled. Now we have a functioning railing that looks like it was part of the original house. I am thrilled with the outcome, the pricing, and the process of working with Northwest. I would highly recommend. I had a gate installation with them. They just review the work and hand it off to another cheaper contractor and charge you double the price, they tried to charge extra for adding a latch for already overpriced work but was able to get it done without extra price. They installed unpainted latches and brackets which are starting to rust already. I would not recommend them to my neighbors who just moved in and will not be using them for my bigger fence project planned later this year read more

Northwest Fence did my 250-foot vertical cedar privacy fence with metal posts a few months back, and they did a great job! Mark Miranda, the guy who came out for the initial consultation, has been putting up fences his entire life, and he loves it. That was a drawing point for me. After the initial consultation, communication was a bit shotty, and I wasn't exactly sure when my fence was going to be put up until about three days before. The fence itself = amazing. The customer service = could use a little work. I recommend Northwest Fence for cut and dry fence jobs. Be prepared to wait a few weeks during the summer. Thanks, guys! read more

The company offers gift certificate to Starbucks if customer gives them 5-starts, really?! The final product was good, workers were skilled and polite. Time to receive quote was quick (~3 days). I had to nag at Viki Fence to give me quote. For this reason, I went with Northwest. Why 3 stars then? What we are upset about is our job is to fix destroyed rock column and iron fence. One iron section and one rock column. Expected to be new material, contract didn't say use existing rocks (Viking said they will use all new material). Masonry showed up lack of rocks, talked with Northwest Sales guy, Austin, and agreed to just bring new rocks (we USED the old rocks for our yard already). By the end of the day, without us knowing, the workers took the old rocks from our yard to finish the column. That is after they agreed, they will not touch the old rocks. Is that stealing, without property owners' permission? Overall glitches showed bad communication skills on Sales part. Very Disappointed. Facts to know: require 50% down before job start, which is different than most contractor jobs. Only small business ask for money up front. We decide to pay with credit card which offers some protections for consumers. Told us 2-3 wks out before start, which is fine by me. Texted couple times to see when they will come. Never told me a day. Workers just showed up (lucky I was home that three random days in 2 wks). Typical for most contractor jobs. Will I use them again, lol... Think NOT. Husband was pissed finding rocks were missing. He worked hard to move the rocks. Compare to Viking quote, they are just $200 cheaper. But go cheap on material, they probably saved $500 on rocks. By the end of the day, if we didn't use those rocks, probably don't care if they used them... But we used them. read more

Update to your reply: His name was Dennis not Dean. had this company come back a couple weeks ago to fix a part of our rod iron fence. I worked with Dean and he got someone out here to fix the fence within the week. Which I would have given a 5 star review. I contacted him on another property we have just to have a gate fixed on our wooden fence. I sent him pictures of the gate (not the fence) and he replied back that he would have to start from the beginning and rebuild our fence. This fence is only a few years old and is in excellent condition. When I texted back to find out what the problem was he said "everything, too much to text". I asked him if he could call me and let me know the problem so I could get it taken care of. He said he would call me when he got back to the office later that day. That was a week ago. I would not recommend this company again. Telling me I need to replace the fence just to have a gate fixed so it will open the opposite direction is a ripoff. Plus he never went to my property to make that kind of evaluation. read more

We had a great experience with NF. Initial consultation: got here on time and very friendly. We had three homes that we had him build, one on each side and gave us a great deal. One was privacy, on front, ours was iron on front and it's about an acre the had to fence off on 3 sides with chain link & the other neighbor only had the posts put in because our ground apparently is not made of dirt, just rock and unlike us, that neighbor has some great carpentry skills. We also had several stone columns. The masonry guys came on the date scheduled & on time. We were amazed at how quickly they went up. Employees were very nice & gave us our privacy. No slacking off. Very respectful. It was near the holidays so it took a little while before the front went up. went But they also had to order additional parts for a change our neighbor made. They came earlier than scheduled. Those employees were also great. Never saw them even turn to look at our home as they walked back and forth through the back (our many windows have no curtains). They came on time, never saw them slack off. I don't think I even saw them leave for lunch. When they were done for the day, they cleaned up. The foreman even noticed some materials we didn't order that would help keep the fence from moving around. So it was ordered & they installed same day. Not only that, the only winter day we had in texas happened to be the last day they had to finish. He asked if they coukd work on sunday & we said of course. But he told us they might wait until winter was over, on Monday. But the next day on Sunday, when it was crazy cold, they showed up and by the end of the day they were done! Foreman came to ask if it was all good. And then they left on their merry way. Our emails with questions were answered promptly and usually the same day. The fence looked great. A couple weeks later, maybe earlier, we received another email to check in on us & find out if there was anything that we needed. Highly recommend. read more

The gate on my chain link fence needed repair/replacing so I emailed for a quote. Allen gave me a call and scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate. I must say, it is a small job, but he met me on time and suggested ways to repair the gate rather than replace. He measured the pipe, told me where it could be purchased, and then gave me instructions on how to remove the gate from the hinges. No charge for his time or expertise. Thanks, Northwest Fence! Recently added some fence gates to my property. This company was awesome to deal with. They were able to match the gates to fence exactly. The service was timely with a lot of help getting permits. The gates went up in less than a day. Turns out, they had installed the original fencing in our subdivision. I am so pleased with their work, and plan on using them to add patio railings and maybe some other fencing in the near future. Give em a call! NW Fence powder-coated, framed, and installed a privacy screen I had made by QMF Steel. The panel had arrived slightly damaged but they made sure it looked good in the frame and there is no visible issue with it. They installed it quickly. They did a good job and I would recommend them for privacy screens for a pool. read more

We selected NWFI to build and install our gates for the front courtyard of our home. The price was competitive and their facility looked very nice. The problems started after we signed the contract. The representative that we had was lackadaisical about communications. We started bugging him after having heard nothing for a month. Same story every time, the stuff hasn't come in yet, it will be here Thursday. He finally fessed up that the order had sat on his desk for well over a month before he realized he wasn't tracking our order but other folks orders. What a goofball. They did not offer to make it right by adjusting the price, just a "I'm sorry". When the gates arrived they were not straight. You would think that being able to fabricate them on a flat and level surface and clamp them to a jig, that they would be square and straight. The installers were great. They had to cut the steel and re-weld many joints to straighten them so they looked like they should. In the end they looked good and are fully functional. My hat is off to Pepe and his welder for getting it right. Interestingly, the guys showed up the second day, after a week had gone by, with no notice. I called NWFI and said it wold have been nice to have a heads up. He said "I did text you". No he didn't, he texted someone else. He verified the screwup and again apologized. NWFI provide good value but dealing with our representative was a pain in the **s. I am not sure I wold recommend them. FYI, the cutting and re-welding ruins the original very nice welds and painted surfaces. The vertical welds that they have to do, are not as neat as the ones where they welded them flat on the floor. The appearance suffers a bit. read more

Estimator was responsive and professional. I received an estimate and contract via email 1 week later. The company wanted 50% of the total cost of the job down before they would schedule me for a job that wouldn't begin until 5 or 6 weeks later. This didn't seem like good business to me, so I called Northwest Fence and Iron to find out why. Was able to speak to the Company President, and asked him why he required 50% down. He didn't have an answer. He said it was company policy and the way they always had done things. He also stated that many of his customers didn't want to pay the project balance at the conclusion of the job. Fair enough. He finally agreed to reduce the initial down payment on the work to 30%, which I agreed to based on his statement that fencing supplies make up 30% of a typical project. Unfortunately, his sales representative emailed me a day later and stated that the the company had decided to withdraw the offer. It's clear to me that this company does not respect the customer. Here are some questions you should ask Northwest Fence before you agree to pay for 50% of the cost of a job 5 or six weeks before work begins: -Do you pay your employees in advance? -Do you pay your subcontractors in advance? -Do you pay your mechanic in advance before he begins work on your vehicle? If not, then why are you asking the customer to pay in advance? Good looking end results that were ultimately arrived at after some contention between the home owner and NWF&I. The project involved NWF&I as a sub, which complicated matters. However, the project was not massive and the requests were straight-forward. All disagreements involved communiques/miscues originating from the account manager, NOT the individuals who did the actual work. Northwest Fence & Iron installed an iron railing for my driveway. I had 3 bids for work (all roughly the same price) and decided on Northwest Fence because they were a large and established company. I felt they would be the most trustworthy of the 3 companies (contractors). Additionally , I thought they would be the most knowledgeable and customer focused .They were quick to place a bid and sent me contract for review . Install was timely. However, upon completion, the fence looked as if it was crooked. The salesperson had followed up with me via email immediately after the job . I responded to him letting him know that the fence looked somewhat crooked. I had sent him photos and asked him if he could take a look and see if anything could be done to improve the look. The sales rep immediately responded that this was due to the my driveway not being level . He also stated that if I wanted the railing to truly follow the line of the driveway i would need to use rackable panels as opposed to stair step panels. I was iinformed that they had installed the railing that they had been contracted to provide. Additionally, if I wanted to make a change, I would be paying for the new panels and for the labor. The most disappointing part of the exchange was that the salesperson seemed to know immediately what the issue was and was able to tell me - (AFTER THE RAILING WAS INSTALLED), without even coming out to the house to look at the problem. In hindsight , it seems like a pretty easy and probably common mistake. A mistake that a consultant would help a customer avoid before the fact. I am not a fencing professional, that is why I hired a professional company to evaluate the project, consult me on options ,and install such projects. Also, make sure that the customer understands the different options and what the outcome of each option will be. This is where Northwest Fence failed to meet my expectations. read more

Northwest Fence & Iron (NFI) was quick to respond when I first contacted them regarding a quote to replace our existing failing fence. Mark came out to take a look at our property and provided us with a competitive price along with offering us a couple of options for wood fencing (regular vs. steel posts and adding a 3 rail). What we really appreciated was the detailed diagram of our property that outlined the precise project and not just a liner foot number and a cost. This diagram was even more helpful when it came to submitting the plans to our homeowners association committee for approval. We had the quote the day after we met with Mark. Another fence company took more than a week to return a quote. Installation - our installation took 2 days. We were told the installers would arrive between 8-9 am, and they did. Day 1 our current fencing came down and the new post holes dug and the new steel fence post installed. This was all done by noon and there was no giant pile of debris left in our yard. Day two and the crew returned (again on time) and installed all of the fencing and the two gates. They were done around 2:00 pm. Everything was clean and installed with care. We could only hope that other companies that we deal with have the same level of detail and customer service. If you are looking for a company to replace or install a fence for you choosing NFI is a great choice. read more

I'd love to tell you about their fencing, but after chasing down my salesman for two weeks just to get the bid, I'm looking elsewhere. I've called three times since the salesman came out, the operator made me call his cell, where I left a message. He never returned my call, so I called back and got him at the office, hardly apologetic but assured I would be receiving it that day. We still haven't received it. I shouldn't have to chase down someone to give them my business. This place came highly recommended by my neighborhood group and I can't see why. Interviewed a few companies to install either a horizontal or vertical wooden fence for our home. One fence company (starts with a V) didn't even want to meet and tried giving us a generic over-inflated quote over email. I won't buy a fence over the internet. The install went as planned and Northwest was very communicative, and while not the lowest quote we wanted a reputable company to handle the job. We are happy and can definitely recommend them. read more

Our salesperson, Mark, showed up on time, showed us our different options and gave us a quote that day. The crew did a great job even though we had a difficult neighbor to deal with. I will definitely recommend Northwest Fence and Iron to my friends! We have since purchased a fire pit table set for our patio from Northwest Fence. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality product we received. It really dresses up our patio and we get compliments from everyone who sees it. He gave me great options on size, location and materials for the fence. We were considering Northwest Fence & Iron for a small fence job we needed done but no longer. Communication with our sales rep was terrible. My first attempts to email him pictures and a diagram of what we were looking for were met with bounced emails because his email inbox was full. After a week of waiting around for him to get on the ball I checked in and was told I'd get a quote later that morning. We're now a week and a half out from the day I first contacted them and I still don't even have a quote but the sales rep was very clear that whatever the price was, there would be an additional $300 "small job" charge since the footage was under a certain amount. Overall they failed to communicate, failed to deliver a quote, and succeeded in losing a potential customer. read more

I was referred to NW Fence by Taylor Morrison Builders, who I used to work for, and had a 90% positive experience, particularly with Mark Mirada, my salesman. I am still giving them a perfect score, though, which I will explain. (and I don't drink coffee, so it's not for the Starbucks!) Mark was very patient with me (and the city of Lakeway!) in trying to meet our fencing needs that would a) be approved by the city, b) give our chow chow enough room to romp and c) look nice on my property. He was very responsive and answered all my questions/concerns by text, phone and email. After we were approved by the city, my job was put on the fast track and they came out that same week and got it done in a single day. The crew was a couple guys who could not have been nicer or more polite. My ONLY issue was with their computerized billing. I won't go into the boring details but suffice it to say, when I made my complaint known to Mark, he immediately had the president of the company, Joe, get in touch with me who could not have been more considerate or appreciative of my feedback. He also discounted my final invoice to accommodate me for the unnecessary stress. I am in sales and have been for decades so NOTHING means more to me than stellar customer service which is what I received. I can forgive issues/mistakes if they are acknowledged and remedied and Joe didn't hesitate to do both. I also work for the #1 real estate team in Austin and have the opportunity to refer NW Fence to many buyers/sellers and I will be very happy to do so. Thank you Mark and Joe! read more

I bought an iron fence to cover about 70ft of property line from these guys. The purchase process was ok but the installation was the worst imaginable. Their crew showed up on time and I explained to go to the side of the house and I would open the gate to which he replied, "Can you open the gate?". I knew I was in store for pure stupidity and they didn't disappoint. We walked the property line and I showed them where the post holes were to go. They finished and left that first day without telling me they were done. I inspected the site and they put the post holes in the wrong place which I just walked them through and it was clearly marked on a diagram that they were furnished and agreed to at the time of purchase. I had to make a call to the "supervisor" and get them to come out again and dig new post holes for the correct location. I worked nights at the time so when I woke up the next day I find my gate broken open and two guys I've never seen before in the back actually installing the fence. The first crew never rang the bell or called they literally broke into my property by forcing the gate open, which was padlocked, and started working. I ran outside screaming at the two guys "wtf do you think you're doing on my property". They didn't speak much English so I was at a dead end. Besides my gate being forcebly pushed open with great force I have two dogs in the back yard that are always eager to run off and chase after things so this was a big a deal. Lucky for me the dogs are overly friendly and had apparently been following the crew around because they were still back there. I was furious and almost told them to get their crap and fence material off my property but the fence was 90% installed at that point so I decided to complain after they were finished. I then called the office and got the run-around. I could never got pass the front desk, so I let that person have it. They clearly are in the business of pissing people off so they know not to take existing customer calls once the fence has gone up.. Fast-forward 6 months. The fence was falling down because the morons can't mix concrete. They dumped concrete mix straight into the post hole, put the post in, and then poured some water over it. No mixing whatsoever. Worst installation ever. Even a complete noob with a book on concrete could do better than these clowns. I now have to dig out the old concrete, post by post, and poor new footings. Bottom line, don't go here if you're looking for a fence. They like taking thousands of dollars of your hard earned money and giving you no service and a break-in in return. read more

Here's my story with dealing with NW fence & Iron...I'm frankly stunned by the level of professionalism and poor workmanship provided by this organization. Here's a quick and concise timeline of my dealings with NW Fence/Iron. March 15- Called and spoke with Alan S. about my project & scheduled a time for him to come out for a bid. (Alan came out a few days later.) March 25- Emailed Alan S. asking for bid. April 5- Received emailed bid from Alan for Job #2084 *Had a serious medical issue arise within household, so didn't get back with Alan S. for 4-5 weeks. May 5- Emailed Alan S. telling him I wanted to move forward with the job and I requested a couple of changes. -Removing the 97' section of the bid -Having you guys stain the wood vs. me doing it. -Changing size of 2 post on privacy panel to 6"x6" cedar post May 9- Emailed Alan S. inquiring the status of updated bid? May 11- Received call from Alan S. (Played phone tag for 2 days.)? May 12- Received confirmation on changing post size from Alan S. via voicemail. May 18- Received updated bid. May 18- I request to make a change to Privacy panel picket size to a bigger 2"x 8" picket size. May 25- I emailed Alan S. inquiring for the updated bid? May 27- Received final updated bid. May 31- I email Alan S. to inquire how I should pay my deposit for the Job. May 31- Received voicemail from Alan S. at 6PM stating he was going out for surgery and that JR would be helping out while he was out. June 1- Called and spoke with a lady in bookkeeping, gave my credit card info to pay my 50% deposit. Sent Alan S. an email explaining I paid my deposit. (I presumed JR would receive a copy of the email since Alan was out for surgery.) All I'm looking for is to get on the schedule ASAP; this is why I'm pushing the deposit. June 3- Called and spoke with JR and inquired about deposit status and getting on the schedule, I explained I was eager to get on the schedule as I knew it'd be a month before you guys would get to me, and that I'd already been working for 4-6 weeks with Alan S. on making a couple of mickey mouse changes to the project. It was Friday at 11AM, he assured me he would check things out and get back with me before the end of business that day. Never heard back from him. June 6- Called and left voicemail for JR asking for an update since he didn't follow through with his promise to call me back on Friday. Call was not returned. June 7- Called and asked to speak with a member of senior management. Spoke with Scott R. to figure out why my deposit and receipt were never processed, as well as when I could get on the schedule, Scott tells me I can expect a schedule date later in the day, after the weekly meeting. Never heard back from Alan or JR. June 8- I email Alan S. inquiring as to a schedule date. All I really want to know is a rough date estimate; it doesn't even have to be a specific date??? I was told I'd have to wait. I realize you guys are 3-4 weeks out; all I want at this point is to know something or have some idea of a future date-but nothing? July 7- Crew Installs Board & Batten fence around pool equipment. They weren't able to install the privacy panel due to a unknown electrical conduit which needed to be moved. -Board and Batten fence is suppose to mimic the siding of my home with the battens lining up with the battens above them on the house, unfortunately the pickets size was incorrectly called for in the bid, the house uses 1"x 10" pickets and the fence uses 1" x 8". I could live with that, even though it wasn't what I wanted. - 2 Sections of the 3-section fence are crooked because the crew "eyed" all their cuts vs. using a level or string to ensure that it came out level. I was very disappointed in the overall quality of this crew's workmanship and attention to detail. -I asked and show where I wanted to fence butted up against the house and they missed the mark leaving an unsightly gap. -Called Alan to complain about quality of work. July 8- Called Alan S. to inform him the electrical line had been moved and to get me back on the schedule. Alan calls back to say the will be out on Monday the 11th. and finish and fix other fence. July 11- Alan S. calls to ask if materials were left out here as they are missing. Cancels job for the day and he comes out to look at the board & batten fence issues and search for materials. Update: I spoke to Scott who is a manager and he really fixed things. He helped to make things right that had been done incorrectly and had iron remade to make sure I got what I ordered, even if there were miscommunications with the original sales rep. Now my fence is exactly what I wanted. Custom curved rails look great. I wish things had been like this from the start, but at least the result is truly beautiful iron work that is exactly what I wanted. Original review: i have bad luck with contractors. I swear I'm cursed. So maybe if you hire these guys to do some fence work, you will have better luck than I had when hired them. i had northwest fence & Iron come over for a quote on july 20th. I just checked my email correspondence with them to verify that. Julie came over and took a bunch of measurements and said she would give me a quote in a day or so. Well that turned into WEEKS of my calling to bug her about sending me the quote. I was put off by the fact that I had a hard time getting a quote from them - it took over a MONTH for Julie to email me the quote. I finally received my quote from her on August 24th. When she finally got me a quote, it didn't have half of the things on it that we had talked about installing. Dimensions, details, etc were missing. I don't understand why it took them a month to put together a quote with no specifics - nothing detailed at all. While I was waiting for Northwest fence & Iron to get me a quote I had 3 other reputable fence companies (great reviews on yelp) come to my house to give me quotes and they all said that they buy the iron railing from northwest fence & iron and then only do the install themselves. Each competing company said i should just call northwest fence & iron directly to save myself some money and also because NWFI would fit my needs best since NWFI is the largest iron manufacturer in town and I needed some very specific iron work done. After getting that information from the competition i decided to hire northwest fence & iron despite my reservations. Well, that was a BIG, HUGE mistake. They came out here to do an install of the iron railing (now this is curved belly rail, etc) on October 11th - 1.5 months after my signed contract! Then when they got here most of the custom railing was not made correctly and they have had to remanufacture it- they told me it would take 1 week. It is now November 10th. They are now saying my install date is this coming Wednesday 11/15 - 4 MONTHS AFTER THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS!!! Who knows if they will do that correctly. I have had to call the manager of the fence division multiple times. He says he'll make some calls and get the fence remade. Julie my sales person is NEVER here, she hasn't come to one install date or been here to supervise the work - even though she swore she would be here for the ENTIRE install when she was selling me the railing. read more

I had a metal and cedar fence installed at my house by Northwest Fence & Iron. I get compliments every time a friend comes over and even had passerby's stop and knock on my door to ask who we bought from. The entire experience was easy and I would have to say this is a great company to do business with. read more

We hired Northwest Fence to repair a custom fence damaged by the May storms. Their workmanship was terrible and we are still waiting for them to return to correct the mistakes and complete the job. They do not stand by their work. Communication has been terrible and I would not recommend Northwest Fence for any job. read more

I had seen their ads and read up on them, Thought they were a well respected company who did a good job. Boy was I wrong! Having them replace our fence was the biggest mistake we have ever made. They tore down our old fence and started to put up the new one. We lost at least 10 to 12 inches of our yard on two sides. They put the fence up in the wrong spot. They claimed that it had to be that way since we wanted it faced the other direction. A foot? No way. Our sprinkler heads were all in our neighbor's yard. The neighbor's fences no longer lined up with ours, so their dogs were able to get out of their yards and run away. Our brick planting bed borders were broken apart and shrunk to fit the new fence location. It took forever to get someone to respond to our problem. Then it took a while to get them to "Fix" it. When the came out, they moved it back a bit but our sprinklers were still located in the neighbor's yards. It took even more time and effort to get them to do something about that. They hired someone to come out and "fix" it but that person just yanked the flexible heads under the fence. We still had to actually dig out our sprinklers and relocate them from the neighbor's yards ourselves. When they demanded payment balance, we asked about some compensation that we thought we were owed for all the problems to us and the neighbors. We were told they would get back to us. They never did and turned it over to a collection agency. What an awful company to deal with. I would advise anyone looking for a fence, to look elsewhere. I would not un-recommend then enough.
