I had contacted her after speaking with a few other law firms. I was looking for a free consultation before I committed to a retention fee(only because I was not aware of her practice until I saw her advertised at a charity event) I called the office she set up a conference call and spent 40 min on the phone with us. She never charged a dime! She advised us that in fact we would be spending a lot of money if we went back to court and that it wouldn't be in our best interest.
