I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. I've seen people put stuff down and leave without buying, and I almost did that but really needed the item. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day.
