I don't know why people are complaining…read more This place is my to go place when Covid 19 hit and nobody had masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectant sprays. I can't complain. They do a decent job at restocking things. I also found some cute clothes and shoes from here. They have a variety of things at decent prices. I mean don't expect luxury since it's a decent price store. Don't expect a "Gucci" with $5 brain mentality. But you can expect to find decent items that are worth awhile.

They got me as a long lasting customer. I will probably travel here every single weekend. I drove nearly an hour away from Dana point. I found them on Facebook and figured I would have to try out the fill a bag sale They have on Saturdays. It was well worth my time. They have a fantastic things at absolutely amazing prices. The people who work there seem to be a tight family. I didn't ask if they were the owners, but they definitely could've been. They were really really nice! I don't care where you are in southern California. This is an absolute go to spot!

There are so many things that you don't imagine available in this store, including 'reflective' vest which happened to be part of the deal that day! I understand the space is quite limited therefore all pants were folded in a way to save some space, though practically it is a lil bit challenging every time wanna check them in detail. The worst experience EVER in any store! Something out of a MOVIE!…read more Today, I went in to purchase an item I have purchased there prior. I walked up and down two aisles three times looking for the item to no avail. Thinking perhaps they had moved them, I went down the next aisle, circled back to look again. I passed an employee standing, speaking with a customer. Not working.....rather just talking. As I passed the customer looked at me saying, "Do you know me?" I felt embarrassed and answered, "No, should I?" I'm a Dr. Honestly, I thought perhaps I should her and maybe forgot her name! So embarrassing! She answered, "You keep staring at me....looking at me...." In a very assaulting manner. NEVER looked at her ONCE. I was in shock! She went on to say, "I don't feel safe....like you are looking at me, listening to what I was saying!" The oddest experience. I looked at the employee and answered, I'm looking for adhesive furniture pads for the bottom of furniture legs....I don't see them." The customer walked away. The employee did NOT offer to help....rather went to the front of the store, leaving me standing there. I believe I heard her being called for "back up" cashiering. The employee then stated, " I was helping a customer to the individual calling her for back up. Not true..... TALKING to a customer.....NOT helping at all actually. Rather what appeared to be gossiping. Telling the customer about a FORMER employee! She did NOT ask me once, "Can I help you find something?" Rather, let the customer verbally assault me! Left the aisle and ran away. In closing, it appeared the employee knew the customer. I do recall they were DISCUSSING a previous employee (the employee was sharing this with the customer) NOT SHOWING up for work and her SON coming in to pick up her check! Not professional on any level! As I walked to the front, spoke with Elaine the store manager and asked for the item....the employee said the name of the customer to Elaine ...as if she knew her. The employee asserted herself into mine and the store managers conversation.....AS SHE WAS working as a cashier checking customers out! Again, NOT professional on any level. The store manager apologized to me....walked with me to the area where the furniture pads were previously located....showing me they were no longer in stock. She was very gracious. I will not be shopping at this store any longer. I often stop 2x a week to pick up necessary items for both my home and office. I was there the first DAY they opened over 15 years ago. Yes, True! We as local residents were SOOO happy to get a Dollar Tree in our area! Terrible experience, terrible customer service, and a verbal assault. NEVER again. This is a very cute little store that also does customize shirts. They also have some set…read moreclothings, some bralettes for girls, men shirts and some jewelry. It's a neat little store. I came in here because I wanted to see what was in this small little plaza, and I bumped into this cute little store. They barely just opened not awhile ago. The girl Stephanie who was working told me they will have more variety of prints for the custom shirts. She even told me they can do Gucci prints, Versace prints and other prints too. I was just curious because they had some out already, but they weren't in my size. I'm a size small and all they had were medium-plus sizes out. I love wearing shirts and pants in the house, so I'm always looking to buy more in other types of prints. I ended up buying a Buddha Jade pendant because it was so freaking cute, and as I get order I'm more obsessed with Jade and Gold. I asked Stephanie if she had any gold chains that can go with the pedant I was buying. She helped me picked out one, and helped me cut out this little ball that was dangling at the end cause the pendant was small. The dangling ball definitely won't go through it. She did a fantastic job even though she didn't have too. I honestly am not crafty, so I had to ask her to do it. I hope they get more items in this store. I will definitely be back. Excellent customer service for sure. Parking is not much of a problem. It's inside a small/medium size plaza, so you should be able to find parking, no problem at all.

Shop wisely in places like this. The joy that everything costs a dollar can seduce you into…read morethinking you are not spending much. Or getting a remarkable deal. Those items can add up quickly. That being said, I have been searching high and low for doggie toys that squeak. This after 99 Cent Only stores stopped carrying the soft, squeaky oranges and strawberries that simply drive my dogs nuts. Even my little chihuahua-mouthed Lilly could get her little jaws around them, and would play for hours. We stocked up, but those toys do not last forever. I found some here that are almost as durable, and have the same canine magnetism as the other ones. And even though the squeak usually dies within the first two days, the toy still breathes softly if you squish it, enough that my dogs love chomping on them. Phew. This is a major find. Lilly pup, Goober, and Jolie thank you. Actually, when the shrill squeak dies, my personal thanks to the manufacturer.
