They don't even wrap paper towel around your neck...and the barbers are so nice I didn't want to be rude. Also, if you're going to tip, don't just hand a $5 bill over and expect them to give you 5 singles, she took it and put it straight in her pocket. It would have been weird to ask for it back so I just left it (but learned my lesson). The only real issue I had is that they are really slow cutting your hair. I think that would be something a client should be told prior to this service. I'm sure that they would opt out of the service. I believe it was a poor excuse for negligence. My cousin also choose the candle option and she wanted French tip and no pink on her toes..... the woman who did her toes put pink and I noticed immediately before she had even finished paining her toe and the lady was like no that's your skin my cousin responded kindly my skin is not pink please remove the pink the lady was like it's not pink and I said it is and she got very irritated. We told her before she even finished two toes. The lady gets up comes back with the file to take the pink off and didn't say anything to my cousin after and you could tell by her body language she was irritated and frustrated.
