The barbers are really really nice but they are hit or miss, either you will get a descent haircut or you will get a semi-descent haircut. Their capes they put around you are horrible though, all the hair went down on my neck and under my shirt, I got so itchy that I couldn't sit still! They don't even wrap paper towel around your neck...and the barbers are so nice I didn't want to be rude. Also, if you're going to tip, don't just hand a $5 bill over and expect them to give you 5 singles, she took it and put it straight in her pocket. It would have been weird to ask for it back so I just left it (but learned my lesson). The only real issue I had is that they are really slow cutting your hair. Other then that, everything else is okay. Parking is easy outside.

Melissa is phenomenal!…read more I just got my hair cut for the first time in 2.5 years during which it fell out due to chemo and grew back. I realized it had gotten to the point where it was just had no style and based on the glowing recommendations of many of my friends I made an appointment with Melissa. Being the holidays I expected to wait until the new year but she was able to fit me in this week. Having moved right before losing my hair this was also the first time going to a new stylist in a long, long time, but I wasn't nervous at all. I explained what I was thinking (the photos I thought I'd downloaded weren't on my phone) and after showing me some photos Melissa explained what she'd be doing. I especially loved her honesty and straightforwardness, letting me know which hairstyles in the photos were not done well, and letting me know that based on some different lengths in my hair the style would be a little transitional. The cut came out wonderfully, and I couldn't be happier. I look current but not like I'm trying to be in my 30's. My hair looks even thicker and healthier, and this morning it took 5 min with a curling iron to pump up the volume after sleeping on it.
